When I see other’s previous five star reviews with little or generic comments….iykyk. The worst apartment I’ve ever lived in, and I grew up in Cali near Compton lol. For weeks I had to go back-and-forth with management and maintenance to have them address the mold in my apartment. I kept telling management about the mold on my bathroom ceiling coming back, and that there may be a leak on the roof. Another apartment near mine had a tarp over their roof because of a leak. Still maintenance brushed it off as me not leaving the bathroom window open long enough after a shower. Come to find out there was indeed a huge leak on the roof after I insisted they go on the roof. Because maintenance and management refused to check it out until weeks after I first reported it, the problem got worse due to our record breaking rainfall last winter. Pacific, Algona, Auburn, etc were literally flooded. Side note Maintenance also gave me the excuse they didn’t have anyone to hold their ladder so they couldn’t go on the roof earlier lol. My unit had frequent power outages due to loose wiring inside drywall confirmed by a electrician they hired, the parking lot is atrocious with narrow spaces, pool was closed for weeks off and on because of unsafe readings of the water during the summer, neighbors leaving dog feces in front of their door near my living room window or not picking feces up in the grass, etc. However my rent was raised every time I got a lease renewal. Management has also gone downhill, and in my opinion it seems like they don’t care. The only things that kept me in the apartment is that Puyallup is generally safe, the complex is close to mass transit, fairgrounds, the mall, and grocery stores. After dealing with the incompetence addressing the mold concerns I did not renew my lease.

Google thinks I visited these apartments. If you check on the map you see that they are next to the railroad tracks. I have gone past them on Amtrak and Sound Transit trains.

This place is incredibly small for the price they charge. There is a very tiny parking lot. You get one assigned space but your neighbor is going to door ding you at least 4 times leaving nice dark grey marks on your brand new white car. And the leasing office will probably give away your parking space and offer no solution to the problem (if you can even get a hold of them). Visitors will park directly behind your car so you can’t back out of your space. After putting in my notice that I’m vacating the apartment, I called multiple times a day for weeks and got not answer, no reply to email, and there’s no physical office you can visit to get an answer that they receive your notice.
