  Dont let the reviews fool you. A bunch of the good reviews are because if you submit a good review and prove it, you are entered into giveaways. It is not safe here, as people have tried getting into our apartments before as well as a creepy man actually coming into our apartment and leaving when he was spotted. The maintenance takes forever to respond to issues, big or small. We moved in and there were so many damages; the walls and doors had damage on it, the floor boards were broken, cupboards had damages. Washer gave out a few months in and took them 2 months to actually do something about it. They just ghost you for months and then they pop out all happy and fix it. Took us almost 3 months to get someone to fix breaker panels. Submitted a complaint about our balcony being a safety hazard and could fall from the 3rd floor, never got back to us about it. They don’t really care about their residents, all they do is giveaways to keep you coming back.

  This establishment is extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and fraudulent. They pretend to have treat others respectively but it's all an act. Now I understand why people do not want to live at this apartment complex. I do not recommend this place, pay the extra money and live somewhere that's worth it. Do not allow your children to live here, there is a reason the rent is cheap DO not fall for their act. They change management companies every other week. This place is ran poorly.

  Where do I even start, there’s so many issues with this place. For one, I was left without a working washer/dryer for 8 months. I made dozens of calls to the office and maintenance requests but every time they came to “fix” it (mind you a 1 month wait minimum each time) they never did anything and I was still left without a working washer/dryer unit. I had to take my clothes to the local laundromat for months. When I asked for compensation, they claimed I only sent one maintenance request in even though I sent in dozens and they came to my apartment multiple times. Besides that whole disaster, there were other things messed up too. To list a few: Leakey pipes, rotted balcony floor, black mold in the bathroom, outlets falling off, holes in the window screens, landlord special paint job over every plug in and wire, paint on the floorboards, paint over duct tape on wall, door lock was stuck, etc. I could go on forever. “Just put a maintenance request in”, I would if it wasn’t a 1 month wait period for each request, I would if when they finally came they’d actually fix the stuff broken. Instead, for example, when I had my washer/dryer “fixed” they sent me an email saying “if I need help learning how to use the washer/dryer to give them a call”, which is terribly rude considering it really was broken. I’d know because it worked just fine for one month, it definitely was broken, it even had smoke coming out of it when I tried to use it! Anyways on top of all that, the pool advertised has been broken and empty for over a year, never used it my whole lease. Other than that I didn’t have any other issues, the hot water, heating, electricity, and wifi worked just fine so it’s better than nothing. I got by. But that being said, I will never ever live here again and I do not recommend it to anyone else unless you have no other options. Stay in the dorms.

  0 stars if I could, staff isn’t too helpful, apartments are consistently disgusting when you move in, and no appliances ever work. Need them to fix appliances that were broken when you got it? Good luck. TV, plumbing, dishwasher, stove, washing machine all non functional. Make sure you study your lease in depth because price increases and fake offers of free utilities are common.
