- GBGerrit BrulandApr 6, 20261.0Thin ceilings/floors so constant banging from above. Small upper parking spots so your car WILL get door dinged. Not enough parking and no convenient path up from lower lot. Absolutely ridiculous for the amount of rent. Save money and choose elsewhere.
