  Maintenance has been quicker than usual it seems the company finally hired more maintenance people. Things are improving so far. Will update later

  If you take anything away from these reviews, don't move here. They are almost impossible to get ahold of, charge you an insane amount of fee, and the place is trashed when you move in. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

  We had no issues…until there was an issue. We found someone to sublease the remainder of the contract from mid-May through the end of July, completed all required paperwork, and believed everything had been properly handled. Despite this, rent was still withdrawn from our account in June. What followed was even more frustrating. We had to contact the office six separate times regarding reimbursement of the rent that should never have been withdrawn. Each time, we were given inaccurate and misleading information. For example, when we contacted the office on July 7, we were explicitly told that the reimbursement check had been mailed from Colorado on June 24 and they were unsure why it had not arrived. However, the postmark clearly shows that the check was not mailed until July 8…the day after our most recent call. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is the repeated lack of accountability, poor communication, and dishonesty we experienced while trying to get our own money returned. What should have been a simple correction became weeks of unnecessary frustration and repeated follow-up.
