  Had a wonderful and easy experience getting our lease started at these apartments! Litzy and Geoffrey were professional, available and knowledgable every step of the way, all the way from our first tour to when we got the keys. The apartment was cleaned immaculately by move in day, and the quality of the appliances was something we appreciated a lot. The gym is huge with tons of machines, and the pool is beautiful. So far we think we’re going to really enjoy living here!

  We have been living at The Crossings at Chapel Hill for 6 months now and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is always ready to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the maintenance crew is absolutely impeccable. We live in the Triple Crown layout, which serves our family incredibly well. The unit is so spacious it almost feels like a house—I was even able to create a dedicated play area for my 5-year-old because of how big it is! We absolutely love it here. We also just attended the summer pool party and had a great time! The food was amazing and the prizes were really nice. If I could add one suggestion for the next community event, it would be awesome to have some music playing to add to the atmosphere. The only real area for improvement is pet waste enforcement. With the summer heat, the smell can get pretty strong because some people don't clean up after their pets. It would be a huge help if dog waste cleanup was enforced a bit more, and if the pet stations were moved away from the middle of the units to the outer edges of the property instead of right next to living quarters. Overall, we truly love living here and are really looking forward to more community events in the future!

  How do you spell your name? Litzy was very professional and helped me feel so good throughout the process of getting into the apartment. She also helped me every time I needed anything in the apartment. She made it very easy and I think she deserves a raise. T

  We are half way through summer, the rent alone is $2035.00 and the pool has been closed for over a year now. The “owner” is going to give some half apology about parts and this that and the other but I promise you that if it took you as long as it has taken them to get the pool ready, they’d have you on the streets by now. The MAIN reason I chose to live here was for the amenities and I have not been able to access such but the rent has certainly increased. Save your money, rent elsewhere and just go to the public pool.
