I have had a very positive experience living at Yauger Park Villas Apartments. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Steve for his kindness, patience, and excellent service. He has been very helpful with maintenance requests and always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of. I truly appreciate all the support and assistance. Thank you for making this community a comfortable place to live. — Ivy

I keep posting here about how happy I am living at Yauger Park Villas, because the maintenance continues to be exceptional. This time it was cleaning the heating vents, replacing the shower head etc. and fixing switches for the range top's burners. As always, Steve did it all quickly and with a smile. We love living here and Steve is a big part of that.

I moved to the property about 3 weeks ago and let me tell you Toni the property manager is freaking AWESOME. She is truly AMAZING. The weekend I moved in there was multiple complaints from me😔 Toni handled all my complaints with ease and ensured me everything would be fixed promptly and it was🙂 I never met a property manager so kind and eager to keep their tenants happy. It's truly a great feeling.
