  I have had a very positive experience living at Yauger Park Villas Apartments. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Steve for his kindness, patience, and excellent service. He has been very helpful with maintenance requests and always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of. I truly appreciate all the support and assistance. Thank you for making this community a comfortable place to live. — Ivy

  Living here has been okay overall. The staff is responsive and the community is kept clean. My main concern has been with the manager, Toni, who can feel overly intrusive at times. For example, when some blinds had minor cosmetic damage from my cats, we agreed it made more sense to replace them at move‑out since the cats would likely do it again. A few weeks later, maintenance showed up to measure and replace them anyway, and I was told the cost would be added to my next rent statement. It felt unnecessary and went against what we had already discussed. There have also been moments where it feels like the community is monitored a bit too closely. Neighbors often report on each other, and even a brief lunch visit from one of my husband’s military friends led to a call from Toni asking who lives in our unit. It made us feel uncomfortable and watched in our own home. We don’t break any rules and hardly bother maintenance or staff for anything. Overall, the property itself is fine, but the level of oversight can feel invasive at times.

  Balcony faucet drip needed a new gasket and Steve was able to remove and replace gasket. No more leaking faucet as of today (30 hrs later). Thanks Steve!

  Best place we've lived so far! Quiet, clean, well maintained apartment. Managers Toni and Steve are caring and attentive. Neighbor's have been friendly and welcoming. Toni went above and beyond for a smooth out of state move here! Thanks! 😊
