The staff and other residents are very friendly, and there are so many activities available for us to participate in. We have such an incredible view of Budd Inlet, and everything is within walking distance- shops, theaters, parks, and tons of restaurants! We feel like we’re on vacation living here, and look forward to finishing clearing out our home & selling so we can live carefree here 100% of the time!

The residents are wonderful and fun to live around! There are so many perks I can't list them all, but I especially love Wine Wednesdays and relaxing on the rooftop patio. I couldn't have made a better choice.
