  We’ve lived here for over two years now and have had a really good experience. The location is great, with Lake Boren Park just a few minutes away, along with grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday conveniences. The property is always kept clean and the landscaping is well maintained. The pool, grills, spa, gym, and business center are all great amenities, and covered parking is very affordable. Management has always been easy to get ahold of and communicate with. The maintenance team is also excellent. They’re quick to respond, polite, and very accommodating whenever something comes up. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and we’ve been very happy here.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a nice community! The property is beautiful, quiet, and surrounded by so much greenery. The staff is was friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about keeping the community looking nice. The location is great too. Definitely recommend checking out Newport Crossing!

  Had the best tour experience at Newport crossing the team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Newport crossing for anyone looking for a place to live in the Newcastle area!

  I love living here! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful whenever I need anything. One of the highlights is that my dog absolutely loves visiting the office to see everyone, it’s clear the staff genuinely care about both the residents and their pets. I highly recommend this community!
