  Wow — what an amazing experience I had here. This apartment community is truly night and day compared with others I’ve seen in the area. Ken, one of the property managers, was an absolute delight. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. You can tell immediately that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people and community he serves. These days, great service can sometimes feel hard to come by, but Ken was such a refreshing reminder that it’s still alive and well. Nothing makes me happier than meeting passionate people who care about what they do and the impact they’re making in their community. The property itself is clean, well cared for, and feels very safe. I walked away incredibly impressed with both the community and the people behind it. Ken absolutely made the experience!

  We've lived in this apartment community for about four years, and we've seen both the good and the bad. Under the previous management, this honestly became a very frustrating place to live. My wife and I were seriously considering moving because it felt like many of the problems were being ignored. Everything started to change when the new Property Manager and his team took over. On his very first day, he introduced himself by email to every resident and let everyone know they could reach out to him with any questions or concerns. I can only imagine how overwhelming it must have been for him and his team to inherit so many unresolved issues from the previous management. Since then, the improvements have been incredible. The property is cleaner, there's much less trash around the community, additional lighting has been installed, and the security camera system has been improved. They also finally fixed the long-standing drainage problem at Building B, where rainwater used to collect in front of the entrance every time it rained. In less than a year, I honestly believe the Property Manager and his team have solved at least half of the problems that the previous management either ignored or never intended to fix. The leasing office is always willing to listen, and the entire management team genuinely cares about the residents. Whenever I've had a concern, they have always been professional, respectful, and willing to help. I truly want to thank our Property Manager and his entire team for everything they have done. In all the years we've lived here, we've never had a management team that was this dedicated, approachable, and committed to making this community a better place to live. My only hope is that management continues to be careful when screening new residents. Unfortunately, a small number of people don't seem to appreciate these positive changes. They leave trash behind, damage community property, and smoke marijuana inside the buildings even though they know it's prohibited. A great community isn't created by management alone - it also depends on the people who live here. I hope residents will support the positive changes instead of working against them. We'd all be worse off if such a dedicated Property Manager and his team ever became discouraged and decided to leave. Thank you again for everything you do.
