  We went and toured these apartments this weekend and were met by Ken when we arrived, not only was Ken wonderful to tour with but made sure to go through every detail thoroughly! Both myself and my girlfriend walked out with a great impression! The facilities were also spotless with the apartments themselves being show ready! No funky smells as well!

  Kenneth brown has been the best leasing agent to get me into my apartment ,made the entire process go by smooth as possible .moving is stressful and he took care of me all the way up into I moved in . The best experience getting an apartment I’ve ever had thanks ken for alll your help!

  I am currently 3 months into my stay at the Karbon and my stay here has been quite good. While initially, there were things wrong with my unit (my washer’s bearing was broken and I had a faucet leak), the maintenance group took care of it immediately and professionally. I also appreciate Ken being cooperative and efficient in the move-in process. I am enjoying my stay here at the moment and I appreciate Ken and Steve for their help making my move in so smooth!
