  As a resident of Carvel for over five years, I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the community and to specifically highlight the exceptional service provided by one of the maintenance staff members, Tim. While my husband and I have always enjoyed the safe and well-maintained environment here, Tim’s contributions over the past years have been particularly noteworthy. He is one of the most sincere, hardworking, and knowledgeable maintenance professionals we have encountered in this community. His thoroughness and honesty—especially regarding preventative maintenance—provide us with great peace of mind. Many of my neighbors share this sentiment and agree that Tim is consistently reliable, dependable, and dedicated to resident satisfaction. I wanted to ensure that people reading reviews and the leadership at Hasco are aware of the positive impact he has on our community. Ula, Belen and Chase are outstanding too in the office. 😃

  Stay away from this property. After repeated plumbing and water issues, management blamed us and sent a $9,000 collection account that we will dispute. We will be retaining an attorney and intend to pursue legal action. We believe the property’s handling of insurance claims and maintenance practices deserves a full investigation. Rent here at your own risk.

  I’ve lived here over 5 years and I am beyond grateful for Ursula for always being very accommodating, kind and on top of everything! She is incredible. I’d also like to give a quick shout out to Tim in Maintenance - he is super helpful and quick to remedy anything that needs to be remediated.
