We’ve lived at Carvel Harbour Pointe Apartments for the past two years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The staff is personable, friendly, communicative, and incredibly efficient. The front office team has always been lovely and tremendously helpful—especially Ula, who consistently goes above and beyond.
Tim from maintenance deserves a special shoutout as well. He’s incredibly kind, always stops to say hello, and genuinely brightens your day. It’s a pleasure seeing him around the property.
The community itself is quiet, peaceful, and very well maintained. We’ve always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of here. Our daughter is turned one, and we are grateful for the time we've spent here. Highly recommend Carvel Harbour Pointe to anyone looking for a great place to live.
I lived here for 3 years and it was an overall great experience. Ula (Urszula) is absolutely awesome and was always quick to help me out with anything I needed. I had very few issues with the unit I lived in and the maintenance staff was always very quick to get things fixed. I see other reviews complaining about the parking, but if you follow the rules, it’s never an issue. Mukilteo is a great place to live and I enjoyed living at Carvel.

My experience at Carvel is one of the best of my life. I had the opportunity to live there for 5 years, where I was able to grow in my personal life, in a high quality family environment, my daughters were in a safe place that I could trust. The Leasing office team always willing to collaborate and give you the best attention, led by Ursula and her team, are undoubtedly the right people and the right place to live at a fair price. Thank you for everything Carvel!

Dear Carvel representatives
I have been living at Carvel Harbour point for 7 months and wanted to share my experience with you. From the first day I came to the office when I met Urszula I was impressed with her professional maturity, honesty and hard working attitude, all bundled in a nice and polite manner. My move transition went very smoothly and because of her attention to details I was completely signed up on a weekend without a single problem. It is very refreshing to know that there are still honest, hardworking and simply good people still are around.

I've lived here for over 4 years, and I can't wait to leave. I've tried moving units, ignoring inappropriate staff behavior, and neighbor issues because of the convenient locate & price, but it honestly is not worth it. It has become feeling like a prisoner in your own home/living environment.
The comments about theft, towing your vehicle, parking issues, thin walls, front office rudeness, pool & gym closures, etc are all correct, for they are happening with no effort to remedy the situations.
I have had my vehicle broken into, bikes stolen, all types of unruly neighbors and pet issues, my car towed, staff behavior problems, and erroneous fees peppered about monthly rental statements.
Ive witnessed the results of gang signage spray painted on the garages and stairs, verbal attacks from resident, even attempted suicide by a neighbor.
The staff is far from professional, knowledgeable, and appropriate. I've been treated rudely, verbally and written, by the front office and maintenance staff. One of the maintenance individuals that currently work here was caught loitering in my apartment. When I reported it to management, nothing was done. Maintenance request take forever to complete and require multiple follow ups to complete the request. Often times leaving highlighted and ALL CAP comments like you have done something wrong. The windows are filthy, stairwells and walkways haven't been cleaned in years, and the pool maintenance has worsened with each turning season.
When you email or have an issue the front desk personnel ignore it or reply rudely or make excuses. They don't hold themselves accountable and certainly don't consider customer service a priority. The front office personnel have even been heard mocking, joking, or making fun of the residence. If your packages get delivered to the front desk, they don't notify you. They are not true to the business hours and are often closed with no notice. The pool & gym are closed with no notice, or there will be an email sent with threats of closing the areas down due to vandalism, like the residents are being blamed for the damage. Writing this response will result in extreme rudeness when face to face communication has to occur. Even the response from management on these reviews look like a copy/paste effort.
I've waited patiently for the hopes of change, but they are showing no effort and the community has progressively gotten worse over the years even through all the corporate changes in ownership. I have no hope!
