  Fantastic community and team! The Community Manager, Business Manager Nick, and the rest of the staff do an awesome job. They are diligent when reviewing concerns, take the time to understand the details, and clearly care about the community. We especially appreciate how the team embraces technology in a positive way to improve communication and operations. The property itself is gorgeous and well worth checking out. Keep up the great work, Capri team!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you are considering these apartments, please read this first and seriously reconsider. Our experience has been a nightmare. We have dealt with ongoing cockroach problems, major water issues, terrible communication, and fees being added that we were told were not part of our rent. The cockroach situation has been especially disgusting. The first day we moved in, I had already spotted this roach in the photo, and the first thing I did was kill it then take a photo of it and asked to be moved out of that unit only for it to happen again. I’ve never lived with roaches in my entire life and I wasn’t going to start now... We were told exterminators had treated the problem, yet the roaches did not go away. Instead, we saw them continue to be an issue, and it appeared they had simply moved from our unit to the neighboring unit. At this point, it feels like the problem is much bigger than simply having an exterminator spray an apartment. We have had to deal with the possibility of roaches being in the walls and throughout the building, and that is absolutely unacceptable. Then there was the water incident where we were left without water for EIGHT DAYS. Eight days. And after everything that happened, we were still dealing with fees that we believed should have been removed. Being without an essential utility for that long and then having management refuse to make things right was beyond frustrating. Why did we get charged to pay for water that we did not have for eight days and then fight these people about not paying for the water like what in the world? Please do not pay your water bill if these people are not providing water for eight days / 24 hour periods each day that is unacceptable!! And when I mean without water, I mean, literally no TOILET.. we couldn’t flush our toilet!! We couldn’tshower no dishwasher no laundry no sink. We literally had to rely on water bottles. I have proof of this too. Communication has also been horrible. It feels like residents are constantly left trying to figure things out for themselves, with very little transparency or accountability. Another major issue has been the attempt to add fees on top of rent that we did not have included in our lease. It felt like residents were being pressured to pay charges they should not have been responsible for. Read your lease carefully and question every charge. Do not assume that a fee is legitimate simply because management puts it on your account. Honestly, one of the biggest mistakes these apartments made was getting rid of Devon. He was the one person who actually seemed to care, communicate, follow through, and keep his word. Since he left, our experience has been dramatically worse. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering moving here look elsewhere. Living somewhere should not mean constantly worrying about cockroaches, losing water for eight days, fighting questionable charges, and struggling to get basic communication from management. The fact that we have provided proof of these issues, provided constant communication and gave them the opportunity to make this right several times, but they refused every single time shows you that these people do not care about their tenants, not one bit. I’ve included photos of what I do have of the dead roaches that I was able to take a picture of Do not move here unless you are prepared to deal with these kinds of problems. We regret living here, and if I could go back and choose another apartment, I absolutely would.

  Mala administración la ofina nunca habre aplicas 15 dias ante y nunca te dan respuesta tiene que ir a la oficina estar detrás de ellos super mal el servicio
