- JMJesse MackenzieMay 11, 20262.0Grounds are left mediocre, rules are not enforced (smoking, parking, E bikes), maintenance is understaffed or not providing adequate training (wet towels left on floors after forgetting to turn off water before preforming maintenance, glue and caulking marks left on items and not cleaned, appliances installed incorrectly and so on and so on).

- MLMariah LarezApr 28, 20265.0I highly recommend Mill Creek Meadows Apartments! As this is my first apartment, I want to share that the entire staff has made my experience such a positive one. From the very beginning, the manager Cameron was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the move-in process back in October, 2025 smooth and stress-free. The assistant property manager Nataline has also been wonderful. She is always so kind, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I’ve had. It makes such a difference knowing there is someone approachable and genuinely caring whenever I need help. The maintenance team Jeremy & Michael has also been amazing. Any time I’ve had an issue, like with my dryer, they responded quickly and got it fixed promptly, which I really appreciate. One of the things I love most is how clean and well-kept the property always is. As a new mom raising a newborn, feeling safe and comfortable where I live means everything. I truly enjoy being able to take my baby on walks around the property and feel at peace knowing we’re in a safe and cared-for community. I also love that the community is right next to a park, which makes it perfect for families and getting outside for fresh air and walks. The neighbors here have all been kind, respectful, and welcoming, which adds so much to the overall experience. It truly feels like a family-oriented community where people care about one another. The staff here genuinely go above and beyond, and it shows. I’m so thankful to call Mill Creek Meadows home!
