  I have been in WA for nearly two decades and rented many apartments. The Hadley staff are definitely above the bar in terms of quality of management and it's a nice breath of fresh air to find staff that try hard to make things right. Very convenient location, pet friendly, and friendly faces all around.

  -I reviewed my apartment on the moving out day with the management and he said the wall spot in the attached pic will cost me paint charge. It was fairly light and about 2cm x 4cm? so not even large, so I asked why that’s considered beyond normal wear and tear cause the state law doesn’t allow such charges unless beyond normal wear and tear. He refused to answer that question and just said “I just know that this will be charged, you will receive itemized receipt for it.” I thought itemized receipt meant that I get to have a chance to discuss further about this with them or they at least provide me more details and/or justification of why paint charge is required, but no that meant that they are going to just include two words “Paint Charge” in the move-out bill, deduct it from my security deposit, and conclude the situation by sending such to me via mail. I followed up asking for further clarification by email and they never provided me any explanation. -When I was moving in, the management said they are planning to install more EV chargers incl fast chargers too and that never happened. As of my move out date, there were 4 chargers with 3kW, and that took me about 12hrs? to charge 50% of my car battery. The charging speed is very troubling especially because lots of tenants just leave their cars there for couple extra days easily even after their cars are fully charged. You can attempt to request the management to call those car owners but that never made any situation better. -Not sure about the larger apartments like 2 bedrooms and more, but my studio? with a den? didn’t have an AC. The management rents out movable AC units at something like $150 per months? but the AC unit was painfully loud so I wasn’t sure which scenario was better for me; myself sweating the whole day vs enduring the noise level of vacuum that’s from 1980s.

  The team at Hadley is awesome. So kind, so responsive, so down to earth. It really felt like home and I will miss living there!

  Absolutely enjoyed living here! Amazing leasing office and maintenance team! Huge shout out to everyone! Lovely neighbours, great neighbourhood! All shops are in walkable distance. The building is close to the highway. No issues at all! Highly recommended!

  I lived in this amazing complex for one year and absolutely loved my time here. Highly recommend it to anyone planning to rent an apartment in this community. A huge thank you to all the staff—they are super friendly and always ready to help with anything. Easily 10 out of 10!
