  Almost 10 years living in this apartment, and now I have a hard time to find parking spot, it’s frustrating when you come back from work midnight (I work 2nd shift) and I have to park all the way to the other building because I cannot get parking on my building. I didn’t hear anything yet about my parking reserved request, me and my wife sent them email on 8/26/26 attached two doctors notes, me and my wife, and I cannot even get the answer when I came to the office on Saturday 9/26/26. But here’s some residents can have 3 cars and parking in the same spot every single day right in the building, and some truck/car sitting in the parking lot for weeks not moving. It’s disappointed and frustrating just to get reserved parking.

  My family and I just moved here, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Ashley, Kimberly, and Hena made us feel truly welcome. They were incredibly kind, professional, patient, and always willing to answer our questions throughout the leasing process. Moving to a new place can be stressful, but they made everything smooth and easy. Their friendly attitude and excellent customer service made us feel at home right away. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to provide the best experience. We absolutely love living here so far, and we’re very grateful to Ashley, Kimberly, and Hena for making our move such a positive one. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where you’ll be treated with kindness and respect. Thank you all for the warm welcome!

  Very trashy. Garbage everywhere, kids vandalizing everything. They will tell you you’ll likely get your deposit back or at least a portion then you’ll get a bill saying you owe hundreds after they’ve taken your deposit already. There’s no way I left that apartment with $2,500 worth of repairs. This comes after I was told my apartment was much cleaner than most and having to paint was not a big deal. Don’t trust them, don’t move here. You get what you pay for.
