  Armand is the best realtor I’ve ever met. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and works hard. He heated me sell my house in 2020 and recently helped me find a condo and purchase it. Everything went smoothly and he topped it off with an unexpected gift. He knows that I like to cook and he gifted me a blackstone grill. I think of him more as a friend than my realtor.

  My wife and I recently had the pleasure of being introduced to, and working with, Armond, as our buying agent. This was our first home purchase, and Armond made it one to remember! It was obvious right off the bat how much experience and dedication Armond has for his trade, and he proved it daily throughout our whole buying experience with him. He was knowledgeable and creative. He was professional and light hearted, but tough when it came to standing up for us, his clients.   Amazing guy to work with. Armond was so easy to work with and made time to tour houses and meet around our schedule which was really helpful when having a busy life with a toddler. He was very patient and very upfront with any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be using armond again when we decide to buy another house.
