- LWLily WhiteMar 24, 20265.0Dear Serra Vista Management, After living at Serra Vista for eight months, I would like to share a review of my experience. Overall, it is a very nice place to live. The location is excellent, with grocery stores and pharmacies nearby and convenient freeway access. I particularly want to commend the office staff; Kristy and Kim are professional, punctual, and highly responsive to resident concerns. I also want to thank Bill and Kyle for their maintenance work. My unit was in very good condition upon move-in, and they continue to troubleshoot any issues efficiently. The grounds are well-maintained, and I appreciate the clean, fenced dumpster area. The complex is generally quiet and feels safe, the indoor pool and gym are always clean. While there is some moderate noise from children playing during the week, I find it adds a pleasant liveliness to the neighborhood, and it is always quiet during designated hours. One area for improvement is parking, as it becomes difficult to find a space after 6:00 PM. I also hope residents can be more mindful of parked cars, as I have received two permanent scratches on my vehicle in the last seven months despite leaving ample space. They have a indoor swimming pool, fitness center and a cabana to relax in for quite times. I enjoy the office staff always happy and smiling every time we walk in and maintenance team is always right on top of the work orders we submit! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for your place to call home. I DO!
