I recently toured Kinect @ Lynnwood and had such a great experience! The community is beautiful, modern, clean, and very welcoming. Hannah and Garrett were both incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the tour. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and were very knowledgeable about the community.

I should live here! Absolutely amazing! Best management team, a really zen like vibe when walking through the building. And did I mention the phenomenal customer care provided by the leasing agency🫡

Highly Recommend! Kinect at Lynnwood really stands out because of how welcoming and genuine the staff is. Susan, Scout, Garrett, Hannah, and Luis have all been so kind, warm, and helpful. They always make people feel comfortable and welcomed, and you can genuinely tell that they care about the community and the people in it. The building is very well maintained, and the maintenance and office teams do a great job. The location is incredibly convenient, and the amenities are wonderful. The gym and club room are great, and the free Saturday brunch is such a thoughtful touch. Overall, Kinect at Lynnwood has such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The people truly make a difference, and I really appreciate the effort the entire team puts into making the community a great place to be.
