- TMTodd McCaslinOct 23, 20163.0Probably better than most rentals in the same price range in the area. Haven't felt unsafe while living here, and it's pretty quiet except for the being on the approach for GIANT BOEING CARGO PLANES landing and taking off from Paine Field at all hours of the night.
