I hope moving forward, employees strive for excellence with each and every customer, especially during these unprecedented times. Again I appreciate the phone call and the letter. Felt very rushed (only had a hour time slot) We are first time home buyers so we had questions. Casey was very rude and kept blaming her lack of people skills and communication skills on being “new” or “not dealing with this on a daily basis”. Which does not excuse her attitude, behavior, and demeanor. Also a point, with COVID this was our first face to face meeting to ask questions, I understanding not having all the answers but to blatantly not show us documents and not explain the documents is completely unprofessional and misleading. Be kind, be understanding, be patient, most of all be professional. You were NONE of these things.
