  The place is beautiful but i will jot move in due to sketchy buisness practice, my application got denied, they didnt bother that i had a new job coming up, that wouldve gotten me approved, bit after i got denied, they charged me 140$ to move out, i never even moved in... 100$ NSF fee, which is a holding fee, it wasnt even on hold for more than 5 hours, not even a DAY, SCREW that!!!! This is a scam and also Illegal!!!! Im taking it to small court claims when they put it on collections, cause this is messed up and illigal

  Putting this review here because I think Arrow Apartments deserves some love. I've been here for a year and a half now and have zero complaints. Mind you, I've lived in three different apartment complexes for a few years each, and this one has been the best. Trash is always promptly picked up, so there's never a trash issue, which is more than I can say for every other apartment I've lived at. I've also read reviews mentioning back in parking limitation issues (meant to avoid letting vehicle emissions into residents' homes especially as people warm up their cars in the cold months, which seems like a respectful policy to me. Also, there’s plenty of areas that aren’t against the buildings which allows you to reverse park if it’s important to you) and security deposit issues for not cleaning properly. Losing $300 for not reading the fine print is a skill issue and is honestly generous compared to what other complexes charge for the same thing. Most complaints sound like issues that are out of the control of the Apartment staff themselves, but obviously not all. If those are the only complaints, they must be doing something right. Everything here is always kept up nicely, from the landscaping to the cleanliness of the gym. The staff is the friendliest I've ever met, always saying hi whenever you walk by, like they're a close friend. They even provide the gas for the grills which I’ve never seen for any other apartments. Every maintenance issue I've had was promptly addressed, and when someone disturbs the peace, whether it's being loud late at night or smoking weed that drifts into nearby units, those issues get resolved quickly. No need to file multiple complaints; just mention it once and they're on top of it. Connor is a stud who kills it at his job, and the maintenance staff is always friendly. Arrow Apartments should be the standard for how apartment complexes operate.

  Arrow apartment is an awesome place to live! I have a perfect view of Mt. Rainier from my apartment! Property managers Kanela and Connor are both amazing and very Professional! I’m so happy that I chose Arrow Apartments as my new home!

  I was a guest today and backed my car into a spot. THERE ARE NO SIGNS POSTED about back in parking. So obviously I would not know. I come out to a passive aggressive note stating this needs to be corrected immediately or I will be towed. Well… IF there was a sign to read I would park nose in. You might want to put a sign saying NO BACKING IN so people actually know who don’t live there, instead of throwing notes on peoples car. This kinda irritated me. Hope this isn’t how you run a buisness. 🤷‍♀️. But I do know how you treat guests

  As someone who has lived here for about a year and is renewing my lease I will say this is an amazing apartment complex. The team in the office is so responsive all the way to maintenance. Anytime I have ever needed anything Connor always been on top of it! I believe leasing management team is so important when it comes to picking the right apartment and they have by far exceeded my standards. This place is definitely the right choice if you are in the Lacey area!
