  While we ultimately didn't end up renting here, I just wanted to shout out Jordan on the leasing team for her outstanding service: she gave us access to all the information we needed, lead us on multiple tours, and was just generally a lovely human being. The Preserve is lucky to have her! Thank you so much, Jordan!

  Older fairly large property that takes daily upkeep work. We live in a constant construction noise and disturbance from the equipment and tools. Your high rent will make you a slave to a maintenance schedule, inspections, remodeling. Every day. Non-stop. It's a miserable life.

  Small dingy apartments. Every appliance I had stopped working at some point throughout my time there. Did not have hot water for 2 weeks. Management is poorly organized and the move in was atrociously handled. Never had a move in inspection because of how bad the move in experience was and how unprepared staff was. Told me I couldn’t move in on the day my lease started because the office was not open until 1300. Was charged nearly $400 additionally to my deposit on move out and $230 were for undisclosed utilities. Don’t move here unless in dire need for a spot.

  The living experience is ok, but regarding referral bonus they do very badly. I referred my friend, but they forgot to deposit the bonus when I stay there. After moving out, I checked and found the issue, they spend 4 months to go back and forth, and refuse to honor just because "I am not a resident now". Actually I should ask for a compensation for the bonus + 9 months interest + penalty. Now I only ask them to pay what they should have done 9 month ago, but they refuse. I spent lots of effort on this but do not get a resolution. I will complain to BBB, and maybe go with small claims court. As a merchant, you should perform your job well, not rely on customer to monitor. Now that customer monitored and found your mistake, as a merchant, you should address it well. I already contacted you, but you refused to resolve this issue.
