  Lived here for 3 years and maybe I just got lucky living in building K, but I never had issues with my unit itself. There has been quite a bit of management turnover in the office, but also never had any real issues with that other than it was sometimes hard to get responses during turnover periods. In my experience, I found the complex to be well maintained, in an unbeatable location, and felt safe (although it does seem to have gotten a bit sketchier the past year). However, I would not recommend this place to those who are sensitive to neighbor noise. The walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin; you will hear everything at all hours of the day and night. This led to several months-long periods where it was miserable to be inside our unit and ultimately led to us finally moving out. Just something to be aware of, as some people are more sensitive to noise than others.

  While we ultimately didn't end up renting here, I just wanted to shout out Jordan on the leasing team for her outstanding service: she gave us access to all the information we needed, lead us on multiple tours, and was just generally a lovely human being. The Preserve is lucky to have her! Thank you so much, Jordan!

  It is okay, par for the course. Most of the negatives I experience - very frequent smell of pot, the presence of people that do low class things like litter in front of you in view of their children on occasion - are state-enforced policy, so you can only blame the management to a degree. UPS will not deliver here unless you pay extra.
