- SMStephen MwangiApr 30, 20261.0I have been forced to sleep in the car twice as the stomping and footsteps from upper level can't let me sleep in peace during the day. I work graveyard shift and this is taking a toll on me. Requested to move to an upper floor unit and request was denied regardless of having empty units. Disappointed and frustrated.

They do not care about the parking issue, its been a issue and to this day between our two bedroom apartment and 2 vehicles, we have issues EVERYDAY with finding spots near our apartment and are forced to walk 1/2th of the complex daily so we can park. CHECK THAT THE TENANTS THAT ARE GOING TO MOVE IN HAVE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF VEHICLES FOR THE SPOTS AVAILABLE. We work later shifts, and its 99/100 times that either one of us cannot find a parking space, HOW????? If you have more then one vehicle, which most couples do.. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been hesitant to write this, but to save future troubles for new tenants, do not move here unless you want to be frustrated daily on finding a spot to park, WHERE YOU LIVE. They also raised the rent 4 times in the last 4 years and when asked management they said the rent is actually low and should of been raising it sooner. You have raised it every year, what do you mean sooner? The hill in the winter is a disaster also, so keep in mind if you do not have a AWD vehicle, you will not be making it up the hill.
