  Amanda helped us find and purchase our dream home in Edmonds and sell our previous home in Bothell. She was available to see every home that fit our needs as soon as it came on market. When we found our dream home, she worked to make sure our offer was competitive, beating out another offer. We also loved Amanda’s proactive approach to selling our home. Even though we were able to purchase before selling, Amanda made sure to have all the work scheduled to make our home ready to sell beginning the Monday after we moved out with great recommendations on people to get our house ready.
