  I highly recommend working with Amanda if you are buying or selling a home!!! She makes the entire process clear and easy from start to finish. Amanda used data driven market insights to help guide decision making. She outlined a detailed timeline and strategy for selling our two properties and she was very responsive and provided excellent advice throughout the sales process. Amanda goes above and beyond to make sure that every detail runs smoothly! I can’t thank her enough for all of her time and expertise!!

  We truly could not recommend Amanda more highly. She helped us get into our new home with what felt like a surprisingly smooth and easy process, and she is now helping us sell our previous home as well. Having worked with her on both sides of the process has only made us appreciate her more. Amanda is an exceptional communicator, incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and unbelievably proactive. She is always several steps ahead, stays on top of every detail, and never lets anything slip through the cracks. Throughout both buying and selling, we have always felt completely informed and confident that she is looking out for us. What really sets Amanda apart, though, is who she is as a person. She is compassionate, empathetic, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about the people she works with.   Amanda is the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with and I have worked with many. Having moved over 5 times in the last 10 years, I assure you there is no one better. For context of my situation. I was recently divorced and in the middle of high stakes work (like everyone who is working) and I really needed a higher level of support than most. Amanda guided me with data to come to the right price that would both land a sell AND handled coordination and prioritization of the most important repairs to get the house ready. She even helped me with moving and tempoary storage. She is one of the key people that made my 2026 connect the dots. In summary, she and her team are truly capable providing a white glove real estate experience. I can't thank her enough.
