  128 on state was generally a good place to live. It was clean and the units were nice but there are certainly pros and cons. Pros: - The maintenance team was wonderful, quick to respond, and efficient with repairs. They were always awesome to work with and attentive to any concerns. - The location is ideal. It’s walking distance to everything you’d need like grocery stores, restaurants, and more. - The units are updated and nice. The layout I was great for the square footage. The gas fireplace and stovetop was nice too. Cons: - It’s impossible to contact the leasing team or anyone in the office virtually. There were several instances where I would text, call, and email and would never hear back. - The units hold heat like nothing I’ve ever lived in before. This is awesome in the winter because we wouldn’t have to run our heaters, however in the summer it gets so hot, it’s unbearable without portable AC units. - The monthly fees are a bit much. We have to use their internet provider (even though we can get the exact same provider for cheaper). They charge an amenity fee and common area electricity fee monthly… it all adds up our bill always felt way larger than it should be for the size of the unit and the amenities the building has. We had a good time living here due to the proximity to things but with rent increases and monthly fees, the price didn’t seem to reflect the home we were living in. Overall, it is a good place to live but had its flaws.

  128 on State is situated in the most convenient part of Kirkland. We have lived here for eight years and enjoy the proximity to trails where we walked and rode horses for decades while the downtown is only a block away. Restaurants, groceries and a fine library are all within walking distance. The homes are quiet, originally build as a condominium, so it’s well appointed. The management and maintenance are prompt & concerned about our quality of life. The building and parking are secure. We have enjoyed it here! CM

  We toured several apartments when we first moved to the state, and this was the one that stood out the most. The location is amazing—close to downtown, with great restaurants/coffee shops, grocery stores, and parks (waterfront, Peter Kirk, Google trail, etc.) all within walking distance. It’s made everyday life here incredibly convenient. More than anything, this place has truly felt like home after moving here from out of state. The staff are always kind, welcoming, and attentive. Veruschka and Connie have both been especially helpful, and maintenance has been excellent as well. Requests are usually handled within a day, or no later than two, and Kevin and Marco do a fantastic job. The community is friendly, the events are a nice touch, and the amenities are always clean and well maintained. I especially love the courtyard BBQ area, the fitness room, and the separate dog wash room. We’ve enjoyed living here so much that renewing our lease was an easy decision.

  Was in town visiting and we had a maintenance issue, Jeramy came out and got everything taken care of! The property is beautiful a nice place to stay 10/10 recommend!!
