  I have lived here for about a year and a half and couldn't be more thrilled with the whole experience! The management is attentive and concerned as well as friendly and thoughtful. I have never had a maintenance issue that was not addressed immediately and successfully. All of the neighbors are friendly and caring. The complex is quiet and well taken care of.   After living here for over a year I can confidently say that I would reccommend this complex to others. There are some issues (over-watering of grass, pot holes, and humidity in apartment which all feel related) but the managers and community have been kind, caring, helpful, and uplifting. Glad to be a resident and grateful to be here. Also wanted to mention that the staff who handle apartment maintenance and the ones who handle grounds maintenance are some of the friendliest folk around. Thank you for your hard work and putting such obvious care into our homes. You all rock.

  I lived here for 4 years and had probably 5 or 6 managers. I was a good tenant, I always paid my rent on time was nice to the neighbors and never had problems and then they said I had to leave cause my dog barked which was funny cause there was a lot of dogs in the complex and they barked like dogs do. I was harassed by 2 of the managers and their corporate did nothing. I finally got a lawyer and things calmed down and then they started complaining about my dog again. I even had recordings of other dogs in the complex even 1 of the managers at the time. I never lived anywhere where people were so hateful. So glad I was able to buy a house to het out of that messy apartment and company.

  First and foremost I would like to mentioned the remarkable and amazing staff especially Christine and Rina. The welcoming and warming demeanor of the staff has truly made me feel so at ease since moving here. They recently coordinated and absolutely fantastic garage sale and barbecue allowing all the tenants an opportunity to gather together and get to know each other. This well orchestrated event was the highlight of my week and I just wanted to say how appreciative I am to be a part of the community. I would highly recommend any person looking to move to a friendly environment to check out River Pointe Apartments if there serious about finding a place to stay. Once again thank you staff and neighbors ❤️

  Don't live here unless you want your home to constantly be filled with cigarette smoke they do nothing to monitor it. Our neighbor underneath us smokes so many cigarettes inside it comes through the floor boards and walls her windows are coated in brown gunk do to so many cigarettes being smoked but they wont do anything about it. You have now replied to me knowing I have made over 10 complaints and things has been done. This company is a joke.
