  I am writing to share how much I enjoy living at Riverpointe Apartments, and to specifically recognize Cristian (maintenance). Cristian is consistently friendly, professional, and thorough. Instead of applying quick fixes, he always ensures that problems are fully resolved, frequently going above and beyond expectations. Thank you for having such dedicated staff on the property.

  A friend of mine recently moved in and I absolutely appreciate how well kept the grounds are as well as how quiet it has been! So I called to inquire about a 3-bedroom and unfortunately this property doesn’t have 3 bedrooms! Super bummed as my friend found a great home and I was hoping to be close!

  After living here for over a year I can confidently say that I would reccommend this complex to others. There are some issues (over-watering of grass, pot holes, and humidity in apartment which all feel related) but the managers and community have been kind, caring, helpful, and uplifting. Glad to be a resident and grateful to be here. Also wanted to mention that the staff who handle apartment maintenance and the ones who handle grounds maintenance are some of the friendliest folk around. Thank you for your hard work and putting such obvious care into our homes. You all rock.

  I lived here for 4 years and had probably 5 or 6 managers. I was a good tenant, I always paid my rent on time was nice to the neighbors and never had problems and then they said I had to leave cause my dog barked which was funny cause there was a lot of dogs in the complex and they barked like dogs do. I was harassed by 2 of the managers and their corporate did nothing. I finally got a lawyer and things calmed down and then they started complaining about my dog again. I even had recordings of other dogs in the complex even 1 of the managers at the time. I never lived anywhere where people were so hateful. So glad I was able to buy a house to het out of that messy apartment and company.
