  My goodness,I have had it rough here,after being here since 2012,I always paid rent on time and everything was fine,come to 2017 when I was going through a tough time and could not afford to move,I went to the office as it was time to renew my lease,the rent was raised and was asking if they could consider lowering my rent since I was going through a hardship,one of them said,you can pay or you can move out,then I talked to another and she said she will give me a feedback in 3days,come three days nobody called me and so I called.I got hold of the manager and she said,the rent will not be reduced that's the market rate.Since that time I have struggled to come up with this difference that they increased,I have been late waiting for other paycheck, I have been given 3days notice 2 vacate from time to time,I was even served with an eviction notice from their lawyers when I was late for about 11days,I mean,this is how you get treated when you have a hardship but for the past yrs when I was paying on time it was all smiles.Right now I get a 10day notice if I won't come up with $20 dollars for fixing old window blinds,I just wonna let anybody thinking of leasing hear to be prepared,nobody will have your back when you experience a hardship,in fact they will laugh at you as you leave the office as they have done to me.But am glad am still standing and my life is getting much better because of my faith in God,he will always be my provider and he will not let my children be homless.
