  Being a resident of Ovation I oblige myself to commend one of their staff, Bernard Manda, their Leasing Agent. Although I have only been here for eight months, Bernard has been showing exemplary accommodations among the tenants even if his physical body is shouting for rest. His friendly relationship with everyone is so outstanding that we did missed him when he had to take his leave for his needed surgery. We were all so delighted when he got back due to his professionalism and outstanding know-how to answer to every need and problems brought to him to the best of his ability. In conclusion we are really proud to have a personnel like him to be ever present in the vicinity when we need him.

  Bernard went above and beyond for my mother, and I, he spent plenty of time answering every single question we had. And made sure we were comfortable with all of our decisions and understanding the process. He was definitely a bright spot in a dark time for us and we couldn't be more thankful.

  So to be clear until just yesterday the place was fine, however the recent meeting they had in the lounge straight up just disregarded and threw other issues under the rug. For instance, ZERO security of the build or surroundings other than cameras that they check at the end of the week. Second thing is they claim its 55 and over yet you can basically ignore this "rule" because only ONE person has to be that age, everyone else is completely fine so if you are personally 55 and older looking for a quiet child free apartment complex then im sorry you'd best look elsewhere. Third and final thing I can think of at the moment is the claim of being "dog friendly", That is a flat out LIE. They have a courtyard on the second level with turf FOR ANIMALS and it was used for upwards of a year with ZERO issue yet in the meeting the other day, "that was never meant to be that way, the tiles under the courtyard are purely for rain runoff". Me and my Mother were sold on the idea of using this courtyard for our dog and they sold us fully aware of this flaw. This is just the tip of the iceberg of nonsense at that meeting and its bound to get worse with more bogus rules coming out of the woodwork, so please, look elsewhere for a place to stay and save your money!.
