Once my lease is up, I will be finding a new place to live. For three months they have been charging me for 2-3 parking spots when I only have ONE. There’s so many homeless transients in this area. My motorcycle has been vandalized and had my garage broken into a while ago. There’s no security and the carports 43-50 has no lights, so it’s dark at night.

The little pawn in front of the apartment is green and it smells really bad. I also wish the apartments would power wash around our door area there’s a lot of cobwebs and bugs and bird poop everywhere. Other than that the place is ok the front office girls are nice.

Management, maintenance, and landscaping have all rubbed me the wrong way... After leaving a notice on how to take care of our geese and ducks, but are entirely hypocritical and the worst offenders for making sure our property is safe and habitable for them. "Don't feed the geese bread" well maybe do your job so they're not rooting through trash. It's unsafe for children with the exposed electrical wiring, cesspool created by landscaping leaf blowing all the duck/geese poop into the ponds. This is the third time maintenance has left the dumpster for over a week since I've been here and after moving to a different trash valet service that is drastically worse, what do they expect residents to do. Maintenance has belittled me every time they come into my apartment and have blamed me for their faulty equipment, they walked into my apartment while I was undressed after knocking once and waiting no more than 5 seconds.
The building is fine, internet is fast, the rent is pretty cheap (and by that it's only cheaper than other places but not at all worth what it costs

Edit: I saw the response from management and called to report our dumpster still overflowing. Nothing has been done to fix it. They claim they want us to report it so they can clean it up quickly, but I've called 8 times in the past week about this and no one is fixing anything.
Also, we now have a yellow-jacket nest on our balcony. I am allergic and they keep getting inside. Management has ignored our call to have it fixed as well.
Original post:
The wildlife and location are the only perks anymore. Don't fall for any free rent tricks they might be running. 6 free weeks isn't worth the other 10.5 months I'm stuck here.
The property is turning into a landfill with garbage piled around the dumpsters, rats scurrying around, and feces from various animals covering walkways.
Management ignores most calls and messages, so you will have to physically go to the office to talk to anyone. This includes putting in workorders since their site returns a 404 error when trying to access work orders.
If the apartment cares enough to clean up a mess, it will be in the laziest way possible, like painting over makeup instead of washing it off the wall. Or they will try to blame someone who lives there and intimidate them into cleaning up a mess they didnt make. Even going as far as to lie about having photographic evidence.
In the event you do put in a work order, dont expect a timely response. I waited 2 weeks for an outlet in my home office to be fixed before figuring out how to fix it myself. I called to cancel the ticket, 2 weeks later they called to try to come out an fix it.
Central Flats has been nothing but a headache. I can't wait to leave.

I sincerely recognize that this apartments sidewalks are very clean even more behind where the ducks are, I wanna thanks to the groundskeeper Alexander for his hardwork to keep this place the most clean possible, I usually saw him driving around and checking everything looks clean, he's friendly and kind.
