  Had a really great experience.Beautiful unit. And the management team down to the maintenance teams are really helpful. And they are willing to help anyone with bad credit scores.

  I lived in these apartments about 13 years ago before moving out of the area, and now that I’m coming back, I’m amazed by how much the community has changed—for the better! The property is now gated, the grounds are well-maintained and clean, and the community felt quiet and safe during my visits. As someone with two little kids, seeing children playing outside was also a great sign and made the community feel welcoming and family-friendly. The best part of my experience, though, was the customer service I received during my tours. Catina was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. I came back three different times to tour various units, and every time she made me feel welcomed and never like I was a bother. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, we ended up signing with a different community because there were no 2-bedroom/2-bathroom units available within our moving timeframe. Otherwise, I would have loved to call this place home again! I truly hope we have someone like Catina at our current apartment. She made such a positive impression and really represents what great customer service should look like.

  I came in yesterday for a tour for a 3-bedroom unit. When I came in the leasing agent she only asked me for my ID and email and immediately told me the price of the unit with a very nasty attitude. She made me wait 10-15 minutes for someone else to show me the unit when it seemed like she was not busy at all but did not say anything to me on why i was waiting. While waiting for the other leasing agent she was sitting at her desk playing with her phone. The property is amazing and heard a new property management company took and that units were being renovated and the price wasn't that bad but i would not live here because of the bad customer service i received so it seems as nothing has changed.
