  Terrible management as nobody has replied to emails all the way back in December, Emailed intent to move out, never signed a new lease and they keep attempting to charge rent, been gone over 8months, mushrooms were growing out the the baseboards and the dumpster areas were always overflowing with trash

  My family and I are new residents at Bower Village Apartments, and so far we are having a very good experience. The application process took longer than we expected, but we understand that these things take time. Even with the wait, the staff always tried their best to help us and answer our questions. We would like to say thank you to Ray for always checking on our application and for helping us get the gym key fob. We also want to thank Clarice for giving us a very nice apartment tour and for helping us with the problems we had during our application. Thank you to Sean for helping us during our move-in, and to May for taking the time to explain how to use the keys, open the gates, and many other things that helped us feel more comfortable. We also want to give a special thank you to Salvador and Andrew from the maintenance team for helping us with the issue we had with our washing machine. They responded quickly and fixed the problem, and we really appreciate their help. Everyone we met has been kind, patient, and welcoming. We are happy that we chose Bower Village Apartments as our new home. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our move-in experience a good one. We really appreciate all your hard work and kindness.

  Lived here for 3 years, staff changed a few times but there were always nice, and maintenance real quick to respond. People throw their trash wherever and don’t walk it to the trash cans. Maintenance keeps the front clean but when you go towards the back you see all the mess. Neighbors are loud and don’t take others into consideration, I have heard loud music at night, the kids will run up and down the stairs yelling and leaving their toys everywhere. Kids will play in the parking lot especially in the summer yelling hitting cars with their balls no consideration for others people property, more then once I had to tell them to stop hitting my own car. No adult present either when they are out. They will also play in the designated pet area where people do not clean up after their dogs. Broken glass everywhere, be careful where you walk. Towards the back in the middle of the parking lot is grass and bushes, guys while drink there then leave their bottles and beers through that area when the trash bins are just right there. Also, received deposit back but when attempted to deposit it says it’s a bad check and have been unable to reach anyone at the office to fix issue.

  I've enjoyed my stay here at Bower Village. When i put in my request for maintenace due to a breakdown in my refrigerator, the maintenance worker was exceptionally courteous and respectful, clearly communicating his actions and even returning to secure some nails for my refrigerator. I haven't heard any complaints since being here.
