  My partner has lived in the complex for 6 years (myself for almost 3) and we love it here! Its a nice quiet complex with respectful neighbors. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. Rent is reasonable. The maintenance guys are amazing and always willing to go above and beyond! (And they make my dog feel so special because they always give her some attention in passing. She loves her friends!) Bonus: It is close to lots of yummy food options and columbia center mall, target, ect. My only complaint is that the gym is needing some work. Equipment is dated, and could definitely use a remodel. But PF is right down the road, so this hasn't been an issue for us. We would just use it more if there was some newer equipment. But over all this is a great place to live!

  Pros-well kept grounds, apartments come in decent sizes, the neighborhood is great and quiet. Cons-I would recommend avoiding this place if possible due to the cost of living here. Rent comes at a premium here and while living here for a year and a half, rent jumped $300 per month after our first year here. To terminate the lease you will be charged two months rent and you will not get your deposit back, so hopefully you find new living conditions within the same time period that your lease runs its course. The stairs are made of concrete, which crack during the extreme heat and cold. The pieces that break off while using the stairs are large enough to seriously hurt people if someone is walking below the stairs. The sprinklers are actively look to hit your car rather than grass.

  Every apartment has it's challenges, but I really believe they do their very best to take care of issues in a timely manner. I have enjoyed living here for almost two years now. I love the beautiful surroundings and how peaceful it usually is. Of course there are occasional noisy people, but it's never been excessive in my opinion. I live on a 2nd floor and have never heard much more than foot steps above us, and I really think they were stomping..... all in all a great place to live.
