    I moved here November 2024. The previous staff was rude but the maintenance staff were prompt and awesome. There has been a recent management/ownership change. I’ve had a leak in my ceiling for over 2 months without a resolution. My maintenance requests for the leak and other issues go unaddressed. The staff NEVER answers the phone. I literally have to go to the office to speak with someone and I always get the run around. I am paying nearly $3k a month for rent, a garage (parking is awful) and w/s/g. I can’t wait to move!!!!!!!

    The maintenance team is terrific, very efficient and knowledgeable. However, I think management needs to hire more maintenance staff. We’ve had to wait both 3 and 4 weeks respectively for help.
