I actually really love living here! My husband and i have lived here for 2 years and it’s been a great experience! The community is safe and we like the park and walking areas near by. Apartments are up to date spacious. Agreed maintenance can take some time to respond but we haven’t had many issues needing to be fixed. One thing is the showers can clog up sometimes which is the only major issue! Besides that a lot of kids out which can make it loud but you get use to it. The pool area isn’t reliable and kind of gross so i wouldn’t put that into your decision making factor. Parking for guests is not a thing- so would have guest park in the park and ride near by! Does get hot without AC but manageable with fans! Overall we’ve been happy with our stay but have yet to experience move out costs. Previous management staff were horrible and the new ones are fine- we don’t interact with them much. I’ll update during move out process when the time comes!

The complex itself is loud at all hours of the night. Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen the first night we ran it. The maintenance people had left for the day and said they'd come by the next day. It's been over a week and no one has come to repair the issue. The parking is a nightmare and almost like the hunger games. If you like hauling your groceries, baby in a car seat and dog across a large apartment complex this is the place for you.

The apartment complex is in a great location, but unfortunately management has several ongoing issues. Communication is extremely poor, and they are often unresponsive to residents’ concerns. The swimming pool, which is one of the amenities residents pay for, has still not been opened for the season, and management has provided no explanation or updates. Additionally, residents are charged a mandatory valet trash service fee that many did not request, and the service has created a new problem by attracting bears to the property. Overall, the location is a positive, but the lack of responsiveness and poor management significantly detract from the living experience.

Worst management company in the world. Also their 4 week promotion is a scam. We put in a maintenance request 2 months ago and a random non English speaking person just walked into my apartment 2 months later and started fixing the wrong thing. Don’t move here UPDATE: apparently this particular apartment complex also struggles to get water access being in the highlands so the city of issaquah has to charge extra just to send water to the buildings and the apartment complex owners pass that bill along to the tenants. You will be paying $400 a month for water The same goes for power. I live in a two bedroom with no AC or heat and the city charges me $400 a month just because of how difficult it is to power the apartment complex in this location. Go anywhere else in Issaquah and save $800 a month

I moved here November 2024. The previous staff was rude but the maintenance staff were prompt and awesome. There has been a recent management/ownership change. I’ve had a leak in my ceiling for over 2 months without a resolution. My maintenance requests for the leak and other issues go unaddressed. The staff NEVER answers the phone. I literally have to go to the office to speak with someone and I always get the run around. I am paying nearly $3k a month for rent, a garage (parking is awful) and w/s/g. I can’t wait to move!!!!!!!
