I put in an application and paid the REFUNDABLE deposit for this complex and they did not respond to my follow up contact in the week after. I only heard back when I got an automated email stating that my application was approved THE DAY I requested to start the lease. Needless to say they also did not return my deposit and basically ghosted me. The management are crooks.

We had a great experience touring Vista Ridge Apartments, thanks to Priscilla. They were incredibly bubbly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable.
Priscilla was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. During the tour, they walked us through the different units and explained everything clearly, including details about the layouts and the application process. They made sure we understood each step and never made us feel rushed.
Overall, it was a pleasure working with them. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out and made the entire experience enjoyable.

Cameron has been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the move in process. Sarah has been quick to address anything needing fixing in the apartment, no matter how minor. Thank you to both, you’re an impressive team!
Update: 3/29
Cameron has been on leave for a few weeks now, so this is nothing to do with him. We were given six weeks of free rent upon move in. We paid a prorated rate for the month of February. March and part of April are supposed to be free. A few days ago we have a “Pay rent or vacate within 30 days” notice on our door. NEVER IN MY LIFE, the audacity, I was floored. When we approached the temp person working in the office we were met with a cold smile and just general disdain. We were never spoken to prior to this, like, hey did you guys forget to pay? No courtesy whatsoever. You’re going to embarrass me like that over YOUR mistake and not even be apologetic? I CANNOT WAIT to move out of this place. I’m sure Cameron is going to be apologetic, but he’s not the ones who should be.
Aside from that the walls are thin, the floors squeak, the heating situation is bizarre/inefficient, hot water runs out incredibly fast, they don’t take care of leaves piling up in the common areas of the buildings, the lighting inside is nearly non existent and the self closing doors seem like a good idea until you realize EVERYONE LETS THEM SLAM AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY. I have missed out on so much sleep since I moved here. Quiet hours mean next to nothing here. My neighbor upstairs walks like an elephant and doesn’t care. If you want the privilege of walking hard, live on the first floor, you must be able to make concessions when you live in an apartment. I still automatically walk softly after years of living on ground floor. Which brings me to my last point (for now, I’ll be updating because I’m sure this is not going to be an exhaustive list) the residents here are super weird. The vibes are just off, seems like many don’t have any social skills whatsoever, or are so afraid of interactions with neighbors they act weird and standoffish on purpose? Like, it’s just a head nod/“good morning/afternoon” my dude/dudette. Calm down, I don’t actually want to talk to you. It’s called being neighborly, try it, it might make you feel good. The only friendly people here are Latino, pretty much, always getting a “Buenos dias”. Which is wild to me as a white woman considering the state of this country. If the shoe were on the other foot I would not be talking to any YT people. If they can do it, so can you, get over yourself.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about our apartment manager. From day one, they’ve been kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any time I had a question or needed help, it was handled quickly and with such a positive attitude. It never felt like “just business” — they truly care about the residents and the community here.
What really stands out is how respected and valued I’ve felt while living here. That makes such a difference. Good management can completely change your living experience, and they’ve made this place feel like home.
Moving is bittersweet for me because while I’m excited for my next chapter, I’m genuinely sad to leave such a well-managed and welcoming community. Thank you for making my time here so comfortable and memorable. I’ll truly miss it. Thanks Cameron😊

Management (and maintenance) has been excellent at Vista Ridge. Richelle has been friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome in our new apartment. It’s been 12 years since I’ve had such great treatment and is absolutely one of the reasons we moved here. Richelle also recommended some movers and they were 5 stars as well. The whole experience has been top notch. My last place I lived at for 3 years and the manager didn’t even know my name. That tells you something.
