  I put in an application and paid the REFUNDABLE deposit for this complex and they did not respond to my follow up contact in the week after. I only heard back when I got an automated email stating that my application was approved THE DAY I requested to start the lease. Needless to say they also did not return my deposit and basically ghosted me. The management are crooks.

  Cameron is a solid guy! The pool party was fun and I really appreciate the popsicles and drinks provided. The apartment is great and it’s been a positive experience being here.

  I've lived here twice with 4 different property managers and since I decided to stay another year, Richelle is the best manager I've encountered. Most of the time we email if I have a situation that is not conducive to my living and working arrangements. My company still requires us to work from home and I work with my customers on the phone, video chats and sometimes site visits, which in these times makes it hard to concentrate with outside noises. Richelle has been very supportive and kind about dealing with my neighbors for quiet times. I have good neighbors that have respected my working ethics I abide by for my work time. I feel that she has helped shaped out little community to trust each other and work together to get thru this pandemic. I did have the pleasure to meet her and I'm impressed how easily we felt open to express a good connection and to work on positive feedbacks. Its a trust and respect that came naturally, plus professional. She's an awesome team player. Brian her maintenance guy is great and attentive, respectful and a good person. thank you Virginia Fulton D103
