  I have lived here now for almost 2 years. It is so peaceful and beautiful here tucked away in the forest. Staff have been so great. Grounds are always clean. Perfect location between downtown Bellevue and downtown Issaquah. I will be staying here as long as I can!

  3 years ago after moving out I got a ridiculous bill in the mail stating I owe this and that. I responded promptly and after many back and forth correspondence I got a bill stating a ZERO balance. And that was it until yesterday a collections agency called and stated I owe 450.00.. I could write a book about my experience but I will spare you that as I have written one before. I feel the need to write another as I can’t understand how they get away with this nonsense.!

  I have hip problems and can’t walk on the steep available parking spaces. I’ve asked for a parking spot where I don’t have to walk on the steep streets but no luck.
