  The new maintenance worker let himself into our apartment without notifying us. I'm disgusted by this behavior.

  We picked this apartment complex for the location and the modern looking interiors are nice. There is mold problems, in our old unit the mold is painted over, the mold in the tub was caulked over. Upon a closer look you can see very lazy paint jobs. As soon as we moved in I realized just how awful the front gate noise is. It makes a very loud cracking noise when it’s driven over. The gate is out of service most of the time, so there is no sense in keeping it. When we brought it up, the service guys admitted they have been receiving complaints about this for years. It sounds like 2 fire crackers going off every time a vehicle drives over it. When our windows were open, it was very hard to relax with the very repetitive noise, and even harder to sleep. They have no plans to fix the gate, and they refuse to remove it. We were forced to move out for this issue. My advice is to stay away from the A, B, C, and any other building that is in direct sight of the front gate. The parking is awful.

  I have lived here now for almost 2 years. It is so peaceful and beautiful here tucked away in the forest. Staff have been so great. Grounds are always clean. Perfect location between downtown Bellevue and downtown Issaquah. I will be staying here as long as I can!
