  This apartment is great! Great location and front desk is very responsive, Jeremy the maintenance head is quick to fix things when needed. They also have a great cleaning staff that keeps the hallways clean and odor free.

  Lived here 6 months during home remodel. No response from leasing office for an explanation for returned deposit and how it was calculated. Area outside of elevators often has items left by residents with the hopes that someone else will need/take, but it is not cleaned up very often. Smelled marijuana almost daily despite a no smoking policy - through the vents, from the balcony, in the elevator, etc.

  They have gotten better at maintenance requests etc. But their clear lack of enforcement of the "no smoking policy" mentioned on the lease and their continued interest and tolerance of ?marijuana smoking residents over the last 1.5 years is a red flag for families who are looking to spend a peacefull evening.

  After fixing a leaking sprinkler head in my apartment unit, small plaster pieces and residue were left scattered over my kitchen and living floor and furniture, and my furniture that was moved to do the job were left out of place.

  Moving in was so easy thanks to Carlos and Savannah. So thankful for their help and patience! And the unit is great.
