  I like the apartments. Repairs are done in a timely manner and staff is competente. The rents are very high . I am uncomfortable with the Section 8 residents as there is a great disparity between those that can pay and those that cannot. Many balconies are used for storage. Looks very trashy. Children yell in the hallways and the apts are not soundproof. The decking around the pool is very dangerous as it is NOT slip proof.

  I have lived here since 2018. The building amenities are great, the location is great and most of the staff are awesome. HNN however is awful. They have raised my rent 10% every year I have been here except during the pandemic when they couldn't. They have now told everyone who lives here they will no longer offer 1 year leases and despite the rental market being down, they are again raising our rent 10%.

  We have seen four different places now and this is by far our favorite. We are actually hoping we can relocate there if the time and a suitable unit is available.
