  I had a very pleasant experience working with Cindy Hileman and her Harbor and Hill Real Estate Team. I had a specific requirement that I needed to facilitate my purchase that extended the sales process and closing date. I also experienced some delays due to lender issues. Through it all, Cindy was there to advise, provide support and counsel to help get me to the finish line. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, I would highly recommend Cindy and her team @ Harbor and Hill!

  Cindy and Clarisa were excellent realtors. They helped me with every step of the process from packing, sorting, helping decide what to keep and what to donate, deciding where furniture and other things would fit in my new place, selling items, taking things to donation sites and the landfill and some light unpacking the day that I moved in. There were at my home when the movers came and when the movers arrived at my new house. They did so much more. The extra ,5% realty fee for the additional service was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Cindy and Clarisa. They are a delight to work with. I had an offer on the house the next morning after it was listed and my house closed in 3 weeks for $10,000 above asking price.

  I had the pleasure of working with Cindy just a few months ago when we had to liquidate my mother-in-law’s home of over 50 years. She was warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. We were going through a very emotional time as we had to find assisted living for the MIL. Cindy knew what needed to be done and was most efficient in liquidating her assets and had many ideas about staging the house for sale. Due to her compassion and knowledge of the market, she was able to assess our needs and suggested an investor for quick sale. We needed lots of money fast. Her firm took care of the assisted living bills until the house closed. She even helped us move! I am most grateful to her for her insight, compassion, and expertise in real estate. I highly recommend Cindy as she is a fantastic listener, follows through, communicates, and I trust her daughter would be like a clone!
