  Such a great a peaceful place I call home , and the cherry on top is that the building and maintenance team are rockstars in how they treate and take care of me and my home . Thank you

  NOT WORTH IT! gates aren’t always secured during night, sometimes they’re open ALL night! Office hours are trash! So if you have a problem , expect to be able to put in a request but not get “help” till office is back open since it’s closed on weekends . but even if, communication is TRASH! also they’re no after hours # to contact or anything. same goes with maintenance..takes forever! I had to continually remind lady in office to replace my microwave that didn’t work to begin with . Besides microwave not working , I also noticed faucet shower leaks ALL day/night and a year later same result✅ Tub was also peeling paint looks ugly! & Color dye on bathroom sink that they cant get out for some reason. Walls are thin, so expect to hear screaming and loud noises!! 🤦‍♂️ ⛔️‼️*MAJOR ISSUE*‼️⛔️ Couple days ago I noticed a very foul smell like chlorine! REEKING STRAIGHT UP CHLORINE throughout the whole apartment. I put in a request but of course NO response, and can’t talk to someone till monday. SMH! ANY human being knows that constantly inhaling chlorine and SLEEPING with the smell is NOT good for you whatsoever the case is! MONDAY comes * today * and lady in office says they’re renovating a bathtub .. I mentioned that I went to the EMERGENCY ROOM because I was coughing up BLOOD! Lady in office obviously didn’t care because she said just open the window and the smell should be gone today or tomorrow. SMH!! CLOTHES , BLANKETS , PILLOWS , TOWELS .. ALL smell like CHLORINE! But “ there’s nothing yall can do “ right? SMH!
