  I lived at this complex for many many years. Not once has my car even been messed with. I've never seen a homeless problem and for the most part, the complex is pretty clean. I really enjoyed living here to be honest. The only reason I left was because work put me 50 miles north. My apartment was in building "F" so maybe my experience may be different than others. The best part about this complex is actually the management team, specifically Kristina. You have to rate an apartment complex based on the move in experience, during the time of residency, and the move out experience. You read nightmare stories about how management companies will take advantage of people moving out with these crazy fees, etc. Kristina was totally upfront and helpful during my move out process. Of course over the many years I lived at this place I didn't damage anything or was ever rude. I felt incredibly fortunate to have had so many positive experiences with the 3+ apartment managers over the years. Heidi, Randy, and Kristina were all good to me. Thank you for the wonderful living experience everyone and thank you Kristina for proving that not all these stories you hear about on Reddit at other places always happen. I'm always going to seek out a Targa property if I ever move again.

  I toured this apartment not long ago I had a very good tour and was actually looking to move into the apartment The units themselves are pretty Nice for the price and the location is very convenient. There is also a lot of natural light in the units at least the ones I looked at and the amenities are pretty decent as well. The limited parking situation was a turn off for me but there's very little a complex can do about that especially when it's in the heart of Federal Way. The thing that really drove me nuts is that the communication was not very good I tried through the website to schedule my tour and it wouldn't allow me to do that I then went and tried to schedule to review email and did not get a response back so I finally called and was able to get a tour scheduled. When I tried to come back for a second tour to find out if I really did plan to go to that apartment I never received an email back and I felt like that was a foreboding sign that communication would be lacking at this apartment complex so ultimately I did decide to go elsewhere.

  These apartments are in a really great location with easy access to PAC hwy, the 18 , and the 5. Not the best neighborhood but it’s not Bellevue… The prices are very affordable for the amenities you get and the manager is very helpful and responsive to my concerns.

  I met the manager Kristina and she was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. You can tell that she cares about her residence and the property. She was literally amazing!!
