I use to live here over 3 decades ago. I stayed with a friend while visiting. This place still has the same appliances from back then. You can't replace the carpet and kitchen floor and consider them to be remodeled units. There's mold in the bathroom which is unsafe. The kitchen sink is so outdated there's no sprayer. The cabinets are very outdated as well. The heaters are old baseboard heaters from the 50's. The doorknobs are outdated and are no longer sold online. This place needs to be 100% gutted and completely remodeled from head to toe and all things in between.
My experience with Campus View Apartments has been an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. Not only have I been ignored regarding a significant billing discrepancy, but the consistent noise issues from neighboring apartments were also blatantly disregarded despite my repeated attempts to address them.
Throughout my time living at Campus View, noise disturbances from neighboring units were a constant source of frustration. Despite my numerous complaints to apartment management, nothing was done to rectify the situation. The lack of action taken to address this ongoing issue is a clear reflection of their dismissive attitude towards tenant concerns.
Now, as I attempt to resolve a separate billing issue—a matter that I've brought to their attention with ample evidence—my emails are being blatantly ignored for over a week. It's abundantly clear that this behavior is not an isolated incident but rather indicative of a systemic problem within Campus View's management.
If you value your peace of mind, your money, and your sanity, steer clear of Campus View Apartments. Their utter disregard for tenant well-being and consistent neglect of basic responsibilities make them wholly unfit for anyone seeking a decent living environment. Save yourself the trouble and find housing elsewhere.
Edit: Don't be fooled by their "contact us and we will be more than happy to try and turn your experience around." I have called and e-mailed them and nothing was resolved. Also, on an unrelated topic, they charged $260 for a cleaning fee when I moved out. Good luck getting your deposit back.

The maintenance of the facilities is not great. They painted the apartments but the paint was not great quality so now it is all coming off. Could be much nicer looking if the landscaping was kept up.

Buen servicio y siempre te ayudan para cualquier consulta sea urgente o no.
Maintenance was very slow. Took over a month to get our hot water heater fixed and had to ask several times. Not enough room for the trash. Over filled every week, with trash all over the ground. Tripping hazard with metal strips along the walkway that we asked to get fixed, they never did. We paid our rent on time, every time. Never late. We kept the apartment very clean and paid to have carpets clean. They were not clean when we moved in. The carpet was old and nasty. We asked if they would replace, they did not. We had the carpet professionally cleaned twice. The second time when we moved out. They did not give us our deposit back. They charged us for carpet cleaning. (Even though we already did it), they charged us to paint the walls, but did not have them painted when we moved in. The apartment was very clean when we moved out, much cleaner than when we moved in. If you rent here make very sure to document everything. Get lots of before and after photos and video. They kept our deposit and still billed us for $157.
