  I lived there from 2024-2025. The office staff was pretty disorganized, for example, continuing to email my partner instead of me when I was the main one on the account, never responding to emails I sent about issues. They charged $120+/month for trash, yet the dumpsters outside were constantly overflowing. Lots of solicitors came to our door. We had neighbors who fought late into the night. Occasionally people would walk through the parking lot at night and yell (at others? At nothing?). And when we moved out, they reached out six months later with charges over $1000. They really will nickel and dime you. The only pro is the maintenance guy who helped us was great.

  I recently requested to have the batteries changed in my fire alarm. Brandon came and replaced them within a few hours and was very helpful when inquiring about another issue I was wondering about.

  Any time I have an issue maintenance responds pretty quickly to resolve the issue. Brandon is quick, efficient, and friendly. It's also nice to get a little bit of information on what's getting fixed.

  Today Brandon the maintenance guy fixed my lightings in my apartment..he was super fast and professional. Thanks 🙏🏻
