He fixed my problem so quick and was very nice during the entire experience. I was nervous to call as i hadn’t had to in the past but the entire maintenance experience was so smooth and definitely upped my overall view of this complex. Thank you so much Raul.

Autumn, the former property manager, was amazing and helped me throughout the process, always responding quickly. The current manager, Misty, along with RJ, have made great improvements, especially with guest parking, and keep us updated on everything. Maintenance is excellent, completing work on time, and tenants respect quiet hours. Management takes quick action whenever there’s an issue. I truly love living here, feel well taken care of, and would recommend West Mall Place to everyone looking for a safe and well-maintained place to live.
