  I’ve lived here since September of 2023. I’m in a one bedroom, unfortunately these units don’t have a washer and dryer. It’s a nice unit, this building has had its issues with noise but what complex doesn’t. Yes parking is an issue but again what complex doesn’t? I’ve never had an issue with anyone at this complex but I tend to stay to myself, no issues with the office staff or maintenance. When I first moved in I would see security drive through at night but with the new owners or management they don’t have security anymore. I woke up one morning to see some big rocks between my car and someone else’s car, a few dings were visible on my car and hand prints on the back window. I keep my vehicle clean inside, I don’t think anyone was trying to break in just someone making bad decisions. I see a lot of people complaining about the area and it’s true this is not a great area but I’ve never felt unsafe.

  Beautiful apartments, and great community. The outside areas are clean and maintained well. You can hear frogs at the lake in the evening. The parking situation is rough. They give out more permit parking stickers than there are spots so if you get home a bit too late, you have to park outside of the complex. One of the gate doesn’t open at all and the front gate never closes so I wouldn’t consider it a closed gate community.

  Property manager Cristina Griffin is extremely rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. She is incapable of properly handling even basic tenant concerns, whether related to billing or repairs, or anything and responds with aggression , and disrespect to cover up her incompetence . Every interaction feels confrontational and hostile. There is no onsite maintenance, and repair issues are constantly neglected. Work orders are repeatedly marked “complete” despite nothing being fixed, showing a complete lack of accountability and disregard for tenants.

  The front entrance gate is always left open even at night, which is a bummer because I had expected to be closed atleast at night when I moved in. The management also does not enforce the permit parking, many people park in the permit spaces without a permit and they repeatedly do nothing, other than that the apartment is okay and the laundry facilities are decent although dirty most of the time.

  The house has alot of noise. Someone accessed my apartment and left a pair of socks on my kitchen counter.
