I'd give a zero for this dump if I could. Management is awful. The buildings are cheap. The one good thing is the pool, and it's disgusting, barely gets cleaned, and is full of dark green algae. It's been completely unusable for a couple of weeks now. Gross. I've had maintenance 3x come to fix my fridge after it broke down, and it has not been fixed. They turned it off, back on, and left. I've lost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of food - which is absolutely infuriating as a mother - because of the incapable staff here. Oh yeah, and no matter how many times I've had maintenance fix the cheap plastic toilet seat, it comes apart and is a safety hazard for my kid. I have come home multiple times noticing things out of place and the most recent incident was finding half-eaten salmon in my sink and bathroom window wide open. I am the ONLY person who has a key besides the office. Cars have been stolen here, mine has been BROKEN INTO, it is NOT a safe place to live especially if you have young children. I've lost THOUSANDS of dollars, that I need to support myself and my CHILD, because of you people and I certainly will be finding out who to contact in order for ALL OF THIS to be solved properly because miss Adrienne especially in the office is useless, rude, and incompetent. They ignore calls, are hideously rude thru email, and are incapable of providing any valuable service whatsoever. Be prepared, if you really wanna make the mistake of living at Sage, to be doing your own repairs and paying to basically sleep in a cheaply constructed box of a unit.

Been here for the past 4 years. Maintenance is very nice and they work very hard to keep our property and apartments well upkept. Management is nice and since I have lived here they listen to complaints and try and resolve the tenants issues. Dog and Cat friendly place. Will continue to reside here.

Great apartment nothing wrong, cheaply built but other then that fine. Horrible neighborhood! Prostitutes and homeless camp across the street. Had our bikes stolen our first week, and had our car broken into. For the cost find a better neighborhood through the same company.
