  We’ve been living there for a long time But one day we have to move and when we move, I will always miss this apartment and I love it five stars I wish I could give it 1 million stars but five stars is good

  DO NOT RENT HERE Lived here for a year and a half and went thru three different management changes. First management duo was ok. Second management duo was highly unprofessional and never in the office, always kept the front door locked when they were in, took forever to respond to anything via email or voicemail, and would come and leave when they wanted. The last change happened at the very end of our lease and they seemed more on top of it and the front door was open during posted business hours. The community here sucks and will flip you off if you're stopping your car to let them and their dog cross the parking lot. Lots of creepy men that will hit on you for existing near them. Lots of deranged transients on the street waving knives and shouting obscenties while half naked. Shooting just kitty corner from our apartment across the road had SWAT called in one time. The gym was barely ever unlocked. The contract states the gym is open between 8 AM - 10 PM but security will show up at arbitrary times with a power trip to kick you out. They also lock the door to the gym at random times. This is after repeated efforts - like five different times - asking management to speak to security and make them open and close the gym at the times listed in the contract. Then during the last six months of our stay they closed the gym without any word, notice, or explanation. The pool is nasty despite assurances they clean it often, and was open for a very short amount of time during the year. Never enough parking and 112th is very loud at all hours and the neighborhood is dangerous. Amateur race cars like to race down the street at 80 mph because they were attention starved as children and thus need some way to scream LOOK AT MEE!!!! and need to rev their engine so loud at 3 am over and over again to broadcast their insecurities to the world. Idk how there are so many families with young children here. And the unit...lord the unit! We rented a 1 bd 1 bath. To start, not all units are completely hardwood (read: vinyl) like they may advertise. Our apartment was ao banged up when we moved in (holes in the bedroom and bathroom doors, chipped countertops, fridge didnt work, mirror in bedroom cracked, blinds showed signs from previous owners cats) despite assurances they took "extra" care because the previous owner banged it up so badly. They also use the cheapest blinds known to man for the sliding door to the balcony and after just two days of simply using them they were falling apart. Other units showed signs of the same problem because everyone had to throw those blinds away due to how fast they deteriorated from normal use. The bathroom door wouldn't close shut without considerable effort and we kept having to screw the doorknob back into place. The smoke alarm was one of the worst things about the unit. It is EXTREMELY sensitive to steam but gives zero s**** about actual smoke. Like to cook like a normal person and have two things boiling on the stove with the vent fan at the highest setting? BEEP MF BEEP BEEP BEEP. Taking a hot shower and your door doesn't close properly for god knows why? SUPER OFFENSIVE BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP YOURE ON FIRE FOR TAKING A SHOWER. Turned on the wrong burner and your empty pot starts smoking? Radio silence. The layout of the 1bd unit is extremely small for what you pay for, total rip off. And we are just two adults no children. The kitchen has literally ZERO space to put anything and expects you to have maybe one pot for everything because of no storage space. Counter space is a bona fide joke. The pantry screams "starve b*tch" because it is so narrow it can barely fit any storage and the one shelf installed in there hates short people. Also, our cabinets were updated just days before we were moved out (??????) and within one day of that replacement one of the cabinet doors fell off from - you guessed it! - just opening it. They fixed it quickly but if that tells you anything about the "craftsmanship" of the newly renovated interiors...well you've been warned. STAY AWAY AND FIND BETTER!!!!

  Since a new recent change over, its been super inconvenient to do anything even a simple maintenance request.

  Lived here for going on 5 years now. Plan on living here 5 more. The office has been very accomidating resolving issues of unneccesary foot traffic recently. Maitenance has always been prompt. Security has also recently stepped it up and its all been very appreciated thank you!

  Been here for the past 4 years. Maintenance is very nice and they work very hard to keep our property and apartments well upkept. Management is nice and since I have lived here they listen to complaints and try and resolve the tenants issues. Dog and Cat friendly place. Will continue to reside here.
