I generally do not leave complaints and tried solving my issues before doing so. I have been living here for 2.5 years with no issues outside of expired registration on a vehicle, been great tenants and had no issues and pay my rent early. Overall things were good prior to new management although we had been waiting 3 months to get our stinky washing machine replaced as well as a slough of other small maintenance items like lights, screen door and hangers. Upon the new management taking over we again asked for these items to get done multiple times, and were told they will be done within a week. 3 weeks later and nothing is done. Then my motorcycle was towed from my covered parking spot with no warning on 1/26/2024 at about 1:30pm. I was not aware of it being towed until about 8pm when my roommate got home thinking it was stolen and upon checking my email an email about tows was sent out by the office at 4:30pm that day, so 3 hours AFTER towing. I went and picked up my bike from the tow yard and was charged almost $600 for the hours it was stored there as well as after hours pickup. If I was properly notified of a possible tow I would have moved the bike in minutes. After speaking with the office manager and the maintenance man the maintenance man admitted he covered the sticker he put on the bike back up so it was not visible and the office manager Hannah admitted the email was sent out late and that she "has no personal attachment to this place" in response to me saying this was unjust and can be detrimental to folks living here on limited income. Implying she doesn't care about the tenants and this is just a job . I ended up getting half of the tow refunded after demanding it was unjust, but this is not a sufficient fix for their mistake. On top of this the simple repairs we requested still have not been done after over 5 months of waiting but they have no problem going out of their way to tow a vehicle parked in the designated spot I pay for monthly and raising my rent $150 per month for an apartment that is supposed to be "affordable housing". I've contacted their corporate office via phone and email with no responses back. I would not recommend living in this property to anybody. They only care about $ and will blatantly tell you they don't care about their tenants and good luck getting in contact with anybody to address complaints about employees or get real resolutions. All I want is to be contacted by somebody and get a real resolution to my issues.

The maintenance person was quick to understand the problems and went right in to fixing the problem. He showed a good knowledge of "how to fix anything." Very friendly and respectable at all times. Answered all questions and willing to explain the problem and what he needed to do to fix things.

Writing this review during the 2020 pandemic. They limit contact time at their office, then you would think giving them a call should be able to talk to them right? Wrong!! From morning til evening, I gave them multiple phone calls and all go to voicemail. Guessing they are super busy renting out apartments during the pandemic. Even better, the manager is the worst, rude and cut-off. I would say the maintenance guy is way nicer than she is. Also, I rent the a 1-bedroom but barely there at all. They will charge you a flat rate of trash and sewer for about $25 each even though you don't stay there. Adding on top of those, you'll get charged for billing and processing fees every month you pay rent. Save yourself the hassle, go rent somewhere else.
