  Initially, I gave this place a five star rating, however, upon moving in, I am feeling different. Chris misinformed me about the storage container placement, which made my move-in difficult. The apartment, smelled as is a pet lived there previously, nor was it cleaned thoroughly upon inspection. There were random strands of hair/debris throughout the apartment. Although my "move-in" orientation was delayed three hours for the apartment to be cleaned. The hallways smell like pet poop, and the carpets have stains, everywhere. I am going to downgrade my rating to a 3.5.

  The management here clearly does not care about anything. If you park here your car will be broken into and management does not care whatsoever. They’re also very similar to Comcast, they have annual maintenance that they do and will give you a time period of 7 plus days of when they will just randomly show up with keys and barge in. Overall the apartments are actually semi decent but as far as the management goes, they do not try take care of their residents.

  MERIDIAN - like the homes, but they are a little bit too tiny, System sensor L Series fire alarms are a great choice, Never had problems with the smoke detectors in the apartment room, Light in the shower died out quick, but i was probably unlucky, One crazy incident is when in october the fire alarms went off and a power outage happened too, No real danger but jee it was one experience! (october 2025) Edit: the park is also nice

  Ty gave us a great introduction and tour of the apartments! We applied same day and he helped explain and made the process very easy and enjoyable. Chris was also great help as well!

  Miguel was more than helpful to make our move-in transition smooth and without stress, came in to patch some holes, smooth them out, painted them and also replaced my sink faucet wand, plus the fact he helped us switching the air vents in the bathroom to manual mode instead or automatic. Communication and efficiency was great!
