  The apartments look really nice but this place is just so unprofessional the workers don’t even know what’s going on when applying they have no clue as to what steps are next or what is left to do it takes forever to get an email back or for them to pick up their phones it takes forever for the application process they tell you about a week to a week and a half and it’s way more then that its like 3 weeks or more and like I said the works have no clue as to how much longer until you hear back they have no clue as to what’s next in the process it’s just really unprofessional like I said it’s very nice looking apartments but just a very long process and unprofessional workers I’ve felt with 3 different women and nun of them have a clue on what’s next or anything or how to do anything on the application process like when there’s issues with it

  Christina Chacos is such a wonderful Community Manager and such an amazing person. Very friendly and professional and I’m pleased she is back to Manor Way apartments. I was planning to move out but when she came back I decided I want to stay!! ❤️🌹 Today we placed a maintenance order and Jorge Rivera came on site and fixed the washer and the stove . Very professional and polite!! I give him 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Been living here for over a year & every time I submit a maintenance request Jorge has shown up before the 24 hr mark of me submitting a request. This is a great well maintenance property to reside at!

  My car got towed from here and I’m contesting it in court on the 18th of this month. The signs they have here for parking are extremely vague as far as guest parking
