    *Final Edits and Honest Opinion of property* My fiancé and I enjoyed living here although it was short, The new staff this past month or so has been 50/50. The new office manager Christina was amazing when we signed our lease, and even though we have had some miscommunication issues, she has made every effort to correct it and provide the information I asked for in a timely manner. She has ultimately been helpful and very kind to me, apologized for her staff’s behavior and I’m very satisfied with how she addressed and fixed my issues with the move out process. My issues still are that the Leasing agent in the first office and the new assistant manager have been unhelpful, rude and generally impolite. I was hung up on once (if call was disconnected by mistake that was not made clear, she didn’t apologize or offer an explanation as to what happened.) and both of their demeanor is cold and unwelcoming. The way the assistant manager spoke to me and my partner as we prepared to move out was as if we were annoying or an inconvenience to her day, and in the past the leasing agent lied to us three separate times about some legal forms we thought we had signed. The manager had to look into the situation herself to find the error after legal action was threatened against us, the leasing agent apparently couldn’t be bothered to properly investigate herself considering she did have access to the information she needed in order to find the problem the first time. Maintenance staff is unprofessional in my experience. Slow to complete any work of any kind and they closed out my last maintenance request without completing the work, reaching out or even coming by to assess the work. I had to go into the office to make them reopen the request, in which I STILL had to call over and over in order to have addressed. The work order was never even completed before I moved out, and I had to ask them to put in an email that the work would be fixed without charging me for it. The last time the maintenance guy even came by, they failed to announce themselves as maintenance upon entering, I had to ask to be sure. He did a rushed job assessing what needed to be done because “It’s almost 4pm and I want to go home”. They had also approved vacation time for one of their maintenance crew, despite being behind in maintenance requests which made matters for everyone worse. If they are so short-staffed, it’s questionable they would approve vacation PTO at any time. Overall the property is generally unproblematic, when issues arise management has been quick to address it and find a solution. Smoking in non designated areas seems to be the worst problem, property could earn higher star rating if issues with maintenance and the two office staff under manager are addressed.

    The staff named Zoe is a very unkind person. She likes to harass, put down, and threaten residents who are on Section 8.She call and leaves nasty voicemails, talks in a condescending tone and manner, she is very disrespectful. Someone should teach her how to behave, and have to serve the public professionally 😠 😡
