  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience at Kinect @ Broadway! The community is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with beautiful amenities and thoughtfully designed apartment homes. The team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about creating a welcoming environment for residents. The location is convenient, the common areas are always kept up nicely, and the overall atmosphere feels comfortable and community-oriented. Highly recommend Kinect @ Broadway to anyone looking for a stylish apartment community with excellent customer service!

  I’ve had a very disappointing experience here. Management is unhelpful and often redirects you to multiple people instead of actually resolving issues. It feels like no one takes responsibility. They have an AI support person but you can message them and they don’t get back to you for days. One time I accidentally got locked out of the building on a weekend and I heard back from the support 3 days later??? There are ongoing sanitation concerns—there are frequent rotten smells (cigarette and rotten meat odors) coming from certain trash cans which is being done deliberately for months by someone living in the building and nothing is being done about it. There are also uncomfortable situations in shared spaces, like some creepy person sitting in the mailroom for long periods on the floor with their laptop, which makes it feel unsafe. Some renters will also use the gym barefoot which is gross. Maintenance is another major issue. Elevators are frequently out of service, and parking enforcement is poor—people regularly take assigned spots with no consequences. Many people have had negligent drivers hit their vehicles in the parkade. The heating in the building is unbarable. Units overheat to uncomfortable levels (around 85°F), even in April, and the windows barely open, forcing residents to buy AC units just to cope. The amenities room isn’t accessible during practical hours, especially for people who work typical schedules. There are also random fees for everything. On top of that, there are ongoing issues with pets being allowed to roam the halls, specifically cats and repeated noise complaints that are never properly resolved after several requests. The only positive I can mention is that the cleaning staff does a good job maintaining the building where they can weekly and there is decent security on the doors including needing fobs to get in and go up the elevator. Overall, I would strongly recommend being cautious before choosing to live here. This place is absurd, don’t be fooled by the look of the outside.

  I've visited the community several times and was blown away by how nice the homes and community spaces are. Their resident lounge is enormous and open until 10, so it's easy to pop down for a coffee, game of pool, or to watch the Olympics on one of the tvs. Some folks have complained about security, but it feels like the building/garage are as secure as any other in the area. While access is controlled, you still need to be mindful of not making your car an obvious target by keeping valuables or tools just sitting out. The site staff are super friendly!

  I put in a services request and within an hour James came. He was vey professional, polite and most importantly he respected my space. And the work was done fairly quickly and professionally.

  James on the maintenance team was super communicative and helpful with some repairs needed to be done in my unit. Quick, efficient, and professionally friendly. The whole team lately has been quick to respond with stellar communication skills.
