    Do not move here I was a tenant for 2 years in 2 different apartments they take forever to fix thing i moved out into a better place

    Do not rent from this place! These promotions they have going on is nonsense because these dishonest people try to rip you off when you move out. They gave me a dirty apartment with ripped flooring and now they want to charge me for damages that were already done! If you decide to lease with them take pictures of every single thing for evidence because they are the most dishonest apartment I've ever lived! Old appliances and everything they give to you.

    Yall save your money and go elsewhere. I don’t know where to start. The only good thing this apartment has to offer is the vaulted ceilings and spacious living areas. I have stayed bc my kids school is close. They do A LOT of inspections. The last inspection was at random and 48 hr notice. No explanation. Then, 4 days later, they randomly selected me for another “yearly inspection”. I said why can’t i be excused from this one if you guys just entered it 4 days ago? Their response was due to auditing. Mind you, this was inspection #5 for all of 2025-2026… One time they were doing “smoke detecter inspections”. Well, one of mine is broken. They inspected my home and it was never fixed. So why did you really need to come into my home? It’s very strange and uncomfortable. I put cameras in my home due to this. Today’s incident: I have a camera on my patio, and one of their workers was pressure washing the lot by my patio. They got a good amount of dirt, moss and branches ALL OVER my patio. When i came home from work I didn’t know what happened I was puzzled. It’s sunny so it wasn’t caused by a storm. But it sure looks like it was! I watched my camera and saw that it was caused by the worker. I emailed them the video and asked if someone can come back and clean it up. Their response blew me away. “I guess we can see if that’s something maintenance is willing to do”. No accountability whatsoever. I said “I didn’t cause the mess tho”… They then said, “your patio is an outdoor space and is exposed to outdoor elements”. Like cmon, duh. But YOU guys caused the outdoor elements to be trashed all over my patio. Not a storm, not Mother Nature, YOUR team. My patio concrete is always clean. I have literally cleaned trash outside my door caused by upstairs neighbors, cigarette butts being thrown right on my patio. I’m tired of doing the cleaning of others. And I’ve done it for 3 years. But today was the last time for me. Them not taking accountability made me feel extremely disrespected. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. My mom taught me that if you make a mess you clean it up. I’m writing this review bc I am unhappy that they treat hardworking tenants this way. I’ve lived here for 3 years, I have NEVER ONCE been late on rent. I pay $2500 a month. I’m a single hardworking mother and this is how they treat someone who’s paid them almost $90,000 in rent. They don’t care about your concerns like they should. They will send you a condescending email and end it with “have a great night!”…. I work in customer service and this is not how I treat my clients!! Being a good tenant doesn’t mean anything to them. This might seem small to some, but the amount of things I could say about this apartment would be 5 pages. This was the last straw for me. And will be my last year here. I’m done.

    I had a great experience touring this community! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The property was clean and well maintained, and I left with a really positive impression. Definitely a great place to call home!

    I bought a house otherwise I’d still live at highgrove I lived in one of the town homes near the leasing office and I loved how spacious it was it felt like a home vs an apartment. The landscaping is always really well done. Going to miss the gym and pool
