  The Maintenance Supervisor Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and professional! He's also personable! Which is a breath of fresh air! I gave a 3 star, do to the fact the complex W/S/G is extremely high and there is a lot of theft from the secured Amazon Hub. If a package is left at your front door, there's a better chance it won't be taken. If I was just rating Daniel it would have ben a 5 star!!

  I recently rented a 2 bed 2 bath end unit townhouse, and I must say I'm quite impressed. With all the space and open layout I feel my mother an I will be very comfortable. The leasing process was very straight forward and easy. I only had a little issue with the petScreening process but Alexandra and her team resolved it quickly. Maintenance has been extremely efficient and has resolved my requests in a timely manner. Parking is included in a massive tandem 2 car garage with a guest space right outside. I have also noticed that it is very quiet and peaceful at night with little to no traffic noise and the grass area is well maintained. As someone who recently relocated from out of state I feel that this will be home for a few years as long as rent increases don't become too troublesome. I would highly recommend giving Highgrove a try. Alexandra at the leasing office will help you find the right home.

  This place has changed Drastically since I resided here in 2016. Hailee is the nicest person in the office, but when she isn't available, it's a complete nightmare to work with Kayla. I have been complaining about toxic fumes in my unit for months only for Kayla to mock me and tell me I needed to call an EMT one day (Jan 21st 2026) in the office. My son ended up reporting me missing that day because I refuse to come back kicked to the unit to allow to Highgrove murder me. And I always feel like somebody's watching me.

  good place to live, apart from maintenance that is not carried out in a skilled temple, we requested maintenance of the dishwasher from September until today it was not solved (it is February and we continue without dishwasher), numerous requests made, emails, trips to the office, work orders and SMS
