  Leaving this review specifically for Shay!! She is part of the management team and very helpful and knowledgeable. Also I moved to the complex about 2.5 years ago and our unit was renovated shortly before we moved in and I have no complaints!! Pricing was very affordable, unit has washer/dryer and dishwasher, and management is very friendly and ready to help when needed. Thank you Shay!

  I came here a while ago for a tour and Sara was there to help me. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, bubbly and we sustained such good conversation. It didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me an apartment like these places usually do. She took the time to get to know me, my needs and what I’m looking for as a single mom with two kids. The property and apartment itself isn’t so bad. It’s an older property that could flourish with a little TLC. I don’t need to move right away, but I’m leaning towards here solely because of Sara. If she isn’t here when I come back for an application I honestly don’t think I’ll apply. Just because from experience in plenty of apartments the office staff and management really do make or break a property, and I didn’t feel too great for the rest of the staff for whatever reason. 5 Stars to Sara! 3 stars for the property!!!

  I've lived at Hangar 128 since 2022, and I've witnessed a significant transformation, especially under the current management team. Shaylene and her team deserve recognition for genuinely caring about residents' concerns and taking action. For years, I dealt with frustrating issues: repeated flat tires from nails and debris scattered across the parking lot, multiple car break-ins, and a concerning security breach when a stranger walked into my home. These problems left me discouraged about the property. What's changed is night and day. The grounds are now maintained better than ever. The parking lot is clean and safe. Maintenance responds promptly to concerns. Most importantly, management actually listens. When I bring an issue forward, I'm heard, and it gets resolved. Shaylene and her team have restored my confidence in this community. They've shown that with genuine leadership and attention to detail, a property can improve dramatically. The residents here are noticing and appreciating the difference. I'm genuinely optimistic about Hangar 128's future. If this level of care and responsiveness continues, this will be an excellent place to call home.

  The maintenance team was awesome they're quick efficient and fixing my problem with my electrical very quickly very happy
