Decidí mudarme de ahí por motivos de inseguridad, ya que en repetidas ocasiones los habitantes de calle se meten al edificio consumen drogas y dejan basura por todos lados. Durante el tiempo que viví ahí, también pude notar la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, en repetidas ocasiones solicitamos que si podian limpiar las escaleras pero nunca obtuvimos respuesta. Sin embargo, lo peor de mi experiencia ocurrió al momento de mudarme: decidieron retener el 80% de mi depósito alegando que la alfombra estaba manchada. En mi opinión, lo razonable habría sido intentar limpiarla primero antes de decidir quedarse con el depósito. Llevo 3 meses intentando resolver esta situación y durante todo este tiempo solamente me han dado largas. Nadie parece querer hacerse responsable, nadie da la cara y hasta el día de hoy sigo sin una solución concreta. Algo que sí debo reconocer es que son bastante flexibles y accesibles cuando quieres ingresar y rentar un apartamento. Pero después de mi experiencia, uno no puede evitar preguntarse si esa facilidad tiene algo que ver con lo difícil que resulta recuperar el dinero cuando te vas. Si estás pensando en mudarte aquí, sé consciente de que existe el riesgo de que se queden con tu depósito, y que si surge algún problema, aparentemente tendrás que tener mucha paciencia para conseguir una respuesta. En mi caso, haberme mudado terminó siendo una de las mejores decisiones que pude tomar. Después de todo lo ocurrido, definitivamente no volvería a rentar aquí ni recomendaría este lugar.
