Definitely not the place to live if you enjoy quiet. Every weekend you got mariachi music playing until 4-5am. They claim to have security, clearly they don’t. New manager every month so if one does something the other claims they don’t know about it and won’t honor it. No parking but worse than that every apartment has 5 cars attached to it with no courtesy they’ll just take up all the spots. there is no type of accommodation for handicapped people. Can’t even have my mother come visit because anyone just parks in the handicap spots with out a permit and or recourse…so much more but I’ll just leave it at that

If you’re looking for a place with constant loud music in the parking lot, little to no parking availability, poor maintenance, and constantly changing staff, then this might be the place for you. Over the past four years, this apartment complex has consistently failed to maintain my unit. I submitted multiple work orders, but maintenance either ignored them or never followed through. It got so bad that I had to purchase and install my own garbage disposal after going two months without being able to properly use my kitchen sink. The office is also extremely unprofessional. The windows are always closed, the lights are often off, and you can never tell if anyone is actually there. On top of that, staff turnover is constant. In four years, there have been 13 different office managers—each one either leaving or being fired. The property itself is in terrible condition. Security lights around the complex don’t work, despite repeated requests from residents to fix them. Trash is everywhere—dumpsters overflow, and large items like mattresses, appliances, and furniture are left scattered around. People regularly go through the garbage, and overall, the complex feels neglected and unsafe. I would also encourage people to read reviews carefully and critically. In my experience, some of the higher-rated reviews do not seem to reflect the actual conditions of living here. About a year ago, I was aware of incentives being offered to new tenants for leaving positive reviews, which made me question how reliable some of those ratings are. It’s clear that management is more focused on collecting rent than maintaining the property. I was so frustrated with the conditions that I chose to break my lease two months early—and spending $700 to leave was absolutely worth it. In my experience, this has been the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Can you give a lower rating than 1 star? The buildings are severely outdated, Management refuses to replace old appliances, there is little to no support from anyone on-site. We haven't had a stable property manager for longer than a month and any requests for support get left alone or ignored. Very fake company with screwy goals.
