  If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't let the new model of the apartment fool you; they've got roaches. They didn't offer to spray our apartment or anything. If you want a quiet apartment, this place is not it. Police are always out here; kids will break into your apartment and will try to fight you. Four corners is TRASH DONT MOVE HERE.

  i’ve lived here for only a few months and have had so many issues. first, we moved from another state so we had signed the lease for our apartment a month before we moved. the day we arrived after driving for three days, they said the apartment wasn’t ready. they had an entire month to prepare it, yet waited until the last day. second, the day we moved in the washer had to be fixed, and it started failing to work the day after it was fixed. third, our dishwasher hasn’t been working properly our entire stay, and maintenance is continuously ignoring our requests to fix it. fourth, most of the doors that have to be scanned with a key to enter do not work properly. instead of the complex fixing this, they tried to ban all residents from using one of two only entrances in every building by installing loud alarms when the doors to the entrance opens. fifth, noise is unbearable. smoke alarms are constantly going off in a lot of apartments from failure of the maintenance workers to fix them. the people are very loud as well, which is not entirely the complex’s fault. sixth, there is barely any guest parking. every spot has a number for the person living in the apartment, and only a few guest spots which are at the front of the complex. the complex is very large and if a guest is staying in a farther building, they shouldn’t have to walk all the way there. there is no way of knowing if they can even walk all the way there. lastly, the amenities have a very annoying sign up list. for the gym, you are only allowed one hour a day, six days a week. you have to sign up for a specific time slot, and if they are taken, it’s just too bad. we pay for the apartment and amenities, so why are we forced to sign up for them? if it is full, it’ll be seen when you walk in.

  Dropped off a friend so I didn't go inside any of the units, but it looked like a nice place to live.

  I had my annual inspection on 5/26/2026 and everything passed except for the light over the stove and the 2 handles on the refridgerator , freezer. There was a gentleman that came up and worked on the handles and thats it so far, he came back today and took care of the rest of the stuff that needed to be done the light over the stove has been ordered so over all a really good job.
