  We enjoy living here. The apartment is great, the grounds are cleaned up daily. Management and maintenance are very understanding and kind.

  I am extremely disappointed with the electrical and dryer maintenance team; their service has been terrible. My dryer has been running but not heating for two months now, and to this day, no one has come to perform the necessary maintenance. I sincerely hope that the maintenance team will come to assist me.

  Personal stole $200 from me. Will be taking legal action. Went through the application process and did everything that was asked within a very timely manner. The apartment manager then stated that i didn’t fill out the corrections and that i wouldn’t be getting my deposit back because of the taking to long to go through the process which . Wouldn’t recommend living here too, as it was very unorderly and it reeked of cigarettes in the hallways.

  I lived in these apartments for almost 2 years, and unfortunately my experience was very negative. First of all, communication with the office is practically nonexistent. I reached out multiple times about different issues — either I got no response at all or had to wait a very long time. At the same time, I always paid my rent on time, yet I was repeatedly charged late fees. When I went to the office, they said it was a “system error,” but this kept happening over and over again. The apartments are very noisy, especially at night, since they are located near Highway 99. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear everything — it’s impossible to get proper rest. The condition of the building also leaves a lot to be desired. The elevator is a separate issue: during my entire stay, only one elevator worked most of the time, and despite constant complaints from residents, nothing was fixed in 2 years. Getting from the garage to the elevator is also difficult because the key fob for the doors almost never works. The property and common areas are not properly maintained — there is often dog waste left around, which creates an unpleasant environment. But the worst part is the cockroaches. They were both inside the apartment and in the hallways. This is completely unacceptable and very disturbing. The only positive thing about this place is Anna from the office. Whenever I came in with issues, she was the only one who didn’t ignore me — she actually listened and tried to help. She explained things, responded faster than others, and treated people with respect. You can tell she genuinely cares about residents, and thanks to her, at least something would get done. My family and I are very grateful to her for her support and help. Unfortunately, other staff members were often rude, dismissive, and made it feel like residents’ concerns didn’t matter to them at all. Overall, I would not recommend these apartments. For the price, you would expect a completely different level of service and living conditions.

  Lived here for almost 2 years with my family, the maintenance staff was always great, however the ladies in the office need some serious training. Monica was the only kind woman I ever had any interaction with in those 2 years. They have no regard for residents safely and will flat out lie to your face and say they can’t show police camera footage of kids trying to break in your house. I never once felt safe there, was continuously harassed by kids running around in the apartments with knives, guns and drugs and then having to walk across the apartment complex to my car because there is no parking ever. Not a place for families with kids of any age. Please train these office ladies better, and if you ladies can’t handle working with conflict and issues that people need addressed because this is supposed to be their home, then find a new profession.
