  I would give it a zero if I could. I found their listing on Zillow. It was 5 bdrms, 2 bathrooms, 1955 sqft for apt 209. It was for only $1,914 a month. Yet every other 5 bdrm on their property goes for over $3,000. So I called them to verify. They said the price was correct and 209 is the only apt priced at $1,914 for 5bd. Its listed as available for Oct 15th.. I went straight to their portal and paid $45 in application fee and another $200 for deposit holding fees. The next day the apt listing was removed from zillow and their website. I thought this was a good sign. But For the next couple of weeks, no one answered their phone. No one called back. I left messages, but no call back. Only today did they finally picked up after calling so many times. At this point I don't trust 4 corners. They kept the $45 application fee but they never pulled my credit or did anything. They just pocketed the money. Their excuse, the application wasn't fully filled out.. Not true. And then they told me I have to wait another 3 weeks for my $200 holding deposit to come thru mail. Whats worse is that the application asked for a lot of sensitive information, that I never seen asked before. They never ran my application, because i get alerts whenever my credit is pulled. So why did they take all that info, do nothing, keep the $45, removed the listing and only after multiple calls and calling the city, 2 weeks later I am told to wait another 3 weeks for my $200 deposit. It was as if the apt wasn't really for rent. We are now contacting the city and tenants rights. If they scammed me for just applying. Imagine what their doing to the tenants living there. And I have great credit and 9 yrs with no complaints in my current address. I am want landlords want. Stable, never missed rent ever. With a 760 credit score. SO STAY AWAY from 4 Corners

  My only dislike so far is that there is only one trash dumpster and one recycle dumpster for the whole complex, and the one time i went to use the recycle one it was messy and overflowing (even with stuff on the ground) with a lot of stuff that shouldn't have been in there as well.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't let the new model of the apartment fool you; they've got roaches. They didn't offer to spray our apartment or anything. If you want a quiet apartment, this place is not it. Police are always out here; kids will break into your apartment and will try to fight you. Four corners is TRASH DONT MOVE HERE.

  Dropped off a friend so I didn't go inside any of the units, but it looked like a nice place to live.
