  The last year of living at this complex has been more than ideal. I'm sad that I have to move but while being here, I couldn't be more grateful and happier with management along with maintenance!! The leasing manager Shannon is beyond sweet and anytime there was an issue, she was always quick to resolve the problem. Loved that anytime I was uncertain about something, Shannon was always there to explain the best solution. The property is very well maintained, never had any issues with my unit and anytime I needed a request for maintenance - they respond back more than timely manner!!! If it wasn't for me having to move to be closer to work, I would definitely want to keep renting here and recommend for others to live at the complex as well. Overall, by far one the best complexes I've lived in which a lot has to do with management and the kindness!!!

  Park Edmonds and the team here are amazing. The rent is reasonable and the updated apartments have everything you could need! No mail/packages are ever stolen, free parking (after a one time $10 Dee) plus guest parking. Really couldn’t pick a better place in Edmonds to live!

  Last update: After mentioning leaving the doors open to air out the hallways and being rejected for it being a fire hazard, weeks after I broke my lease they leave the doors open. Apparently it's no longer a hazard? And look at that the stench isn't as strong as before. Maybe they realized it was very bad finally. I hope no one lives by the smokers as the smoke comes through the walls and vents anyway. Good luck. Update: They are spraying strong air freshener (Febreze) in the halls now, but it's just covering up the problem and the cigarettes and smells just come back at night and on the weekends. Now it smells like perfume and cigs. Suffocating :') Pros: Cheap rent, free parking Cons: Not a smoke free community. Smokers live here without any consequences. If you're like me and sensitive to second hand and third hand smoke, don't live here. If you're not sensitive to smoke then you're probably fine. Hallway conditions are very bad. Smells really bad as well, like another reviewer stated. Any smell from hallways may come into your unit. Either smelly cooking or cigarettes in my situation. Items are broken in unit sometimes.

  Pro's: -the location is great and much safer than surrounding areas and these sit next door to a grocery store, restaurants, ups, a tj maxx (woo!)... I am over the moon about that. - Other than my apartment facing 99/Aurora, it's pretty quiet most of the time. - in-unit W/D which is a first for me so what a game changer! - management is nice and responsive, which I appreciate. - parking is pretty good; the complex has plenty and nothing is reserved unless you pay for a slot in the garage so that is nice for your guests/families. - although more amenities would be nice (like a pool or hot tub, indoor gathering space, etc), I actually like that there aren't a bunch of "extras". It helps keep costs down a bit which makes rent more affordable than almost every other apartment around it. - Rent is objective because its going to change all the time and of course depends on the size of your unit. My personal rent is rather affordable for my financial situation. However, I downsized from a roomy 1-bed/bath in south Everett to a studio but what I gained is worth more to me than having more rooms to fill with stuff... As mentioned above, and with regard to wanting to downsize my belongings, overall I am content with this apartment. Con's: (based on my experience of course and what is important to me may not be to others, so heed my information with that in mind.) - the hallways smell bad - many different ethnicities live here so the smell of their food/apartments has permeated the hallways. - no elevator which makes moving challenging if you're not on the first floor. - maintenance is unhelpful and the "manager specials" are very apparent here. For example, in my unit, outlets are faulty/don't work at all or wired incorrectly, shelving in the closet is not installed correctly (not anchored properly/to code), closet doors are broken and "installed" for the sole purpose of appearing complete but are not functional... Overall, I don't believe maintenance is qualified to be "fixing" issues with these apartments. - Utilities are expensive and the way the company bills residents for W/S/G is through a third party not associated with WA PUD or Seattle Light, and if you don't set up auto payment correctly through the resident portal, you won't be notified of missed/overdue payments. - The Resident Portal is AWFUL. It is not user-friendly and really needs to be updated for ease of use/access. - Residents have no respect for throwing away garbage and recycling properly... they toss it wherever so it just makes our parking lot messy and gross. Do I recommend living here? Yes - its priced reasonably and you can't beat the location and those amenities it comes with. If you move in with little or no expectation of greatness, this place may be your taj mahal. For me, my apartment is small but cozy and its relatively quiet on my floor with the exception of hallway noise at times. Do I wish I checked out the apartment more thoroughly when I did a walk through? 100%. As a renter now, each place I move I am learning more and more what to look for or to check. My apartment has MAJOR flaws, safety issues even, but it works for now and I can afford it which is what matters most. My advice to anyone interested in moving here: check the fuse box and all your outlets for power. Management will not inform you if the apartment does not have working outlets. Also, clean your W/D yourself. several times. I was told it was "professionally cleaned" but my washing machine trap and seals determined that was a lie.

  Parking is awesome there. After the completion of my lease I got my security deposit back for the first time. The management is very humble helpful and polite. Maintenance guy is always on time and responds all the call responsibly. In simple words, its clean.
