Mike and Carlos have fixed our 4 requests for assistance on the same day that we submitted them. You can't beat these guys abilities. You feel like they are a part of your family. They are so prompt, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. Then there is CINDY, the complex manager. There are not enough superlatives to describe her. She helped with my initial lease, and I was in Michigan! Even my toddler grandson looks so forward to interacting with these PROFESSIONALS. Louis Dyjak

Always felt safe, and I really enjoyed my parking space in the garage (much cheaper garage parking than many other places). The only downside I would say is the walls are a little thin, but neighbors are relatively quiet.

One thing about this location is that they are alway reinvesting. Quite often you will see workers installing new carpets, appliances, windows, etc. This is a welcome change from other rental companies that seem to want to keep their profits high by avoiding upkeep. Kudos, Park Edmonds!
