- EREly Del RosarioMar 30, 20265.0I have been living in Park212 apartments, for about 9yrs . I have seen management changed but I never had a problem with neither the tenants or manager. I feel safe and relax in the apartment for they have security guards patrolling the apartment complex and they are only a phone call away. When maintenance is needed it has a quick response to the situation before it gets any worst. And they work fast safe and clean after they finish the work. I would recommend to friends or family about this place. I feel safe staying here and I would continue staying here here in the near future. But hopefully the rent fits my budget.

However, the staff here has been nothing but wonderful and answer my millions of questions happily! Everyone who has been assisting me has been nothing but kind and communication has been through the roof. I am so excited to move in! They have taken so much stress away from me! And that’s just the staff! The property is so beautiful and there is green everywhere! The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and there are adorable squirrels everywhere! I am so excited to make Park 212 my new home!
- CLChristopher LoweMay 14, 20215.0I moved from California to Washington during the pandemic for work and knew nothing about the area. I was very fortunate to find a place to live at this apartment complex. Whenever I have questions, the assistant manager Danielle has been extremely responsive and friendly. The apartments are inside of a building so I did not even get close to needing to turn the heater on all year which was great. In addition, the maintenance team is extremely responsive if you ever have an issue (I accidentally fried an outlet and they replaced it the same day on a Sunday). They regularly vacuum and shampoo the carpets inside the complex which is also appreciated. Overall, we feel extremely fortunate and l cannot recommend this place enough. -Chris
